Adrian Maco is phenomenal. He helped us through buying our first home with a VA loan which was tricky. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had integrity. My experience with the Michael Perry group has been subpar - they lack what it takes to be a successful business. To begin, they did not do their due diligence when prepping to sell my home and dove right into listing. Now that my home is listed, I've had little to no communication with the group. As their client, I feel neglected and the sentiment is that they are only interested in collecting their paycheck. I sold my home with Travis Parker back in January. He went above and beyond. I wanted to get $370,000 for my home, he was able to negotiate to get my family $397,000 and got the sellers to pay for our title fees. He is young, motivated knowledgeable and it seems like he had a a lot of experience. I used to hate realtors but with the social media marketing he did, he got us $27,000 more than we even wanted. We moved to Utah in summer 2018 and after 1 year, we decided it was time to make it permanent. The interesting part about the Utah Real Estate market is all homes are available to view (to the public) on the Utah Gov MLS, so having a buyer's agent doesn't provide the same advantages as in other states (Like Missouri) for example, where a buyer's agent can get you into 'soft openings' or 'pre-sale' listings. That being said, a buyer's agent's commission is paid by the Seller, so having a buyers agent actually doesn't cost the prospective home buyer
