Moonstone is the best place to eat in Cambria. Arrive before the doors open for dinner, or you'll find yourself standing in a long line. The food is amazing, and the service is great!

We waited in line a short time to get in. When we were seated we sat outside with heaters to make it comfortable. Service was excellent. We had cocktails and munchies. Not our first visit and it will not be our last visit.

Super nice stop station for a nice lunch during the highway 1 driving road. We were pretty hungry when we drove by that area and I found this place on Yelp. It has really nice review and I love their menu. I ordered a fish & chips with sweet potato fries instead. My husband ordered a cheeseburger. Both are amazing, we really enjoyed our food. The only thing is their service is kind of slow.

The food was delicious! It was busy, close to an hour wait for a table, but it's right across from Moon Stone Beach, and the view/sunset was beautiful. The wait time flew right by. The food was very flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed our dinner here. Highly recommend!

My husband and I chose the hamburger and cheddar burger because we had already eaten seafood earlier in the day. We both said that it was the best burger we’ve ever had. The waiter said the meat comes from the nearby Hearst ranch.

Food was good, they were busy but there was outside seating. It was a little overcast and we sat inside. It was nice. I had fish tacos and my husband had chicken tacos. We also tried the corn fritter appetizers.

Great food, good service, and a wonderful atmosphere. This is a great place for a date.
We started with calamari, which was ok. Add a chocolate martini, a mojito, & shrimp scampi and all is good.

Excellent food and service. Checked on us regularly and were expedient in filling requests. The Alaskan cod taco's are fantastic. And the beach side view is great.

The restaurant makes me happy. So, so happy! The view is beautiful. The location sublime. And the food is awesome. Their clam chowder is to die for. And combined with a pacific sunset, it makes one of the finer moments in life. The staff is also truly excellent. One of my fave restaurants.

Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill exactly met our expectations - a tourist friendly “grill” type restaurant right near the beach with good food! Outdoor seating was lovely even on a cold and windy day with large glass panels and heaters to help. The menu has everything you would expect from a place like this and the fish and chips were delicious and a large portion. Service was meh - it’s a tourist place so I don’t expect much but at least we got refills. Parking is really rough - they were reserving their lot for their employees so expect to park far away. The cocktail has no hierarchy at all, but the advantage is that it is the size of a shaker, which is equivalent to three refills.
Crab chowder is good, crab is full of graininess. Onion Ring is also delicious, oysters are very ordinary, fresh but not sweet. The best thing about this restaurant is the scenery, the invincible front-line Moonstone beach scenery.
