We have used M&D sprinkler for years. In the past we have always had great service the first time they came out. This last time they were very friendly and professionally. When they left from the job, I checked out the work and found some problems. I called them. They apologized and sent a crew out the same week. (Today March 15, 2020) and resolved all the problems. For that I am giving them 5 stars. We all make mistakes. How you handle that is what I value a lot. They were respectful and eager to resolve the problems. I will use them again.

I looked at the reviews and called to schedule an annual maintenance of my sprinkler system and I wanted to look into having some of the back yard nozzles changed. But it turned into an experience of only disappointment. When the technician finally arrived I was in a 3hr meeting and left my son outside to work with them. They never took the time to even consult him. All he was given was the big bill for me to pay. How do I even know that anything was replaced. I don't understand how work could have been done and no one notified. I did speak with management of my concerns but she didn&apos

After years of being loyal customers, we found oruselves in a jam... we had just put in $1300 worth of new landscaping only to realize we had not summerized our sprinkler system (which i believe is a 20-30 minute job). i called m&d to explain our situation and was told they could schedule me in 4 weeks. nice! i didn't get a reminder to summerize, m&d told me they've been so busy they didn't have time to send a reminder. lol, ya call youselves a company? i fired m&d and now have a new sprinkler company coming in 2 days....

Waited 1.5 weeks to have them come out for an estimate on a new sprinkler system. Verified the night before. The morning of the appointment, after I had worked my schedule around our appointment, they texted they could not make it because Mike had to be on a job. Sorry. Can we do it tomorrow? Our technician, Garred, surprised me by going beyond the call of duty!
The call was for a broken sprinkler head. He not only replaced that one, but he unclogged, adjusted, and/or replaced others. A huge help was resetting my sprinkler settings to match the need of each zone. Now, 3 weeks later, both my lawn and my flowers are actually thriving using less water. I've used M & D over the years, but I felt compelled this time to say thanks publicly.

I'm a competitor of this company and work for another irrigation company in the area. I want to say to those people leaving 1 star reviews. These guys work hard. They have dozens of repairs a day. Many times you may not make it to all of your customers scheduled if your day runs long or you run into complications. Their time is their money. During the busy season their isn't time to give free quotes on REPAIRS. That costs hundreds of dollars in loss to a business.... and when you have payroll, business insurance, licensing fees, health and workers comp insurance costs, commercial truck maintenance

I called M&D to come out and give me a quote to repair my system and they advised that there was an $89.00 service call. These people must not need nor want the business because you should never charge someone to come out and give a quote for a repair. In todays world you should always get at least 3 quotes on a repair job to insure you are getting the best option/deal you can. I would not recommend these people for ANYTHING as they do not need your business.

The lady who answers their phones is RUDE! I have an active sprinkler leak and she said they can't come out until the week of June 12th, which is two weeks away! I was hopeful that this would be our new sprinkler company based on a personal referral, but not now. Learn to value your customers, especially when they are a personal referral from an existing customer! You have a seasonal business, so make arrangements to schedule adequate personnel during busy times!

MD Sprinklers installed a sprinkler system for me in 2006. I referred my daughter and they also installed one at her home. We were both pleased with the job they did. They were prompt and professional. I have to also thank the ladies in the office. They were always very pleasant and easy to contact. Great job guys!!! I will definitely refer you.

I scheduled an appointment and the company never showed up, despite the fact I called three times to confirm the appointment. I took the day off from work for nothing. I used M&D in the past and had great service, but it appears they no longer value clients. Use this company at your own risk.
Edit: Diego from M&D contacted me, apologized, and came by the same day to repair my system. Diego explained that a prior job took four hours, which was the reason for the delay. As such, I highly recommend M&D.
