After that frigid freeze we had, everything in my front lawn died and 90% of it never came back so we contacted F&V they were very reliable, easy to talk to and prompt to answer all of our questions, Erik designed a beautiful landscape and together we decided what plants we will utilize, this came in very handy when sending to our HOA for approval, the next day about 4-5 guys showed up to tackle this difficult task and by the time I came home from work my house looked unrecognizable, absolutely beautiful work, everything was clean and neat and the went above and beyond even cleaning my gutters

Called about getting sprinkler return system repaired. Team was able to come out same day, straightforward estimate and able to complete repair same visit. Also inspected all zones, programmed system and gave me a heads up that my controller is working but showing signs of age so that I could budget and plan.
Team also let me know they are going to have educational videos to help owners winterize their systems.
Will definitely use again in the future.

Called this morning a set up an appointment later in the week to repair leak in sprinkler system. Within an hour Carmen called me back asked if it was raining and I said no. She said Eric had gotten rained out at another location and asked if they could come to my house now. They arrived early fixed the problem and a couple of other things. Eric and his helper were very nice and courteous. Very professional. Carmen was great to work with on the phone. I found a new irrigator that I would recommend to everyone. First Class!

Had a damaged back flow valve on my irrigation system. Their response time was rapid (next day) Given the extent of winter damage in this area of Texas that was terrific.Eric showed up told me what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner.He also explained other steps I could take to minimize this from reoccurring. Lastly he checked the system and all zones to insure they were operating properly. I can highly recommend them .

We received immediate response from Gaby over the phone. She dispatched Erick to fix our pressure vacuum breaker which broke and was leaking. Erick was prompt, professional, made the repair and showed us how to winterize the system for next time! The repair was done timely and it was not expensive, especially considered that he arrived within 3 hours of being called and on a Saturday after the Winter Storm!!! We are VERY satisfied! Thank you!
