Excellent customer service. Chris went out of his way to show me everything that he was doing. Very educational, and they made several ideas for future work that may be completed when I'm ready, which I intend to take advantage of when the time comes. I recently had a problem due to the freeze. I called several companies and had to leave messages, most never even called me back. I called Joe and Wendy, they answered the phone and came out immediately because our water to the house was off. It was freezing outside with snow still on the ground. They were able to get the crisis fixed for us and we rescheduled for a warmer day to turn on the system to get everything else fixed. I would highly recommend. They were prompt, friendly and very professional.”

NOT happy about the $169 service fee just for an estimate. They did not mention a service fee when I made the appointment. No irrigation system problem found and fee was reduced to $100. Over the years my experience with other irrigation companies has been free or low fee estimates. $169 is taking advantage of customers. Planet Green were friendly and honest otherwise.

The backflow preventer on my sprinkler system had a busted part due to the freezing winter temperatures. A serviceman came out and replaced the part and tested the system and now my sprinklers are working fine again. Their customer service was excellent. Will definitely contact them for regular maintenance. Also, I got my appointment quickly and they even came an hour before the scheduled time.
