Took my car to this place after an accident thought by everything would be fine. They tell me it'll take 2 weeks to fix, I check on them two weeks later they tell me it's gonna take another week. I check again the next week and they need another week. No communication was received on my end unless I went to check on it myself. Horrible service, will never recommend to anyone or come back here again.

Don't recommend bringing your car here they're unprofessional and waste your time. I was told the car was to be fixed within 2 weeks, 3 weeks max the parts had just arrived it was confirmed by Sal Judeh and Aleks the 2 guys at the front desk, 2 weeks later i came back and the car was sitting in the same place as dusty as it could be my car parts had been sitting for so long they were using it as a table it had not been touched i asked whats wrong and they said their machines were busy and they couldn't do anything about it to come back in a week. I later then came back and they said the same thing

Like an idiot, I damaged my car and wasn't sure where to go. I looked up 3 places that had excellent reviews and took my car to those locations to get estimates on the damage.
I decided to go with Wreck & Roll because Bill was competent. He knew exactly how to fix the damage and what would be needed. Although the other shops were good, I didn't get the reassurance I got from him.
All and all, it was simple to deal with them. They got my car scheduled quickly. And it was completed in shorter time than promised. And you can't tell where the damaged areas were.

I was having an ongoing problem with rain coming into my car from somewhere on the roof. I went to several other places, and they all quoted me high rates, over $1,000 to remove the window and look for the source of the leak, and then replace it. I was warned that the window could crack while it was being handled and then I'd have to buy another window. One place wanted to charge me $300-$400 just to diagnose the problem.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. I found them on yelp cause I was looking for a body shop in the area I could trust. I had my car at a different body shop in the area that I didn't trust, and that kept pressuring me to keep it with them even though the shop was not in my insurance network. As soon as I called wreck and roll I talked with Bill, and he was able to send a tow over to get my car out of the other shop within the hour. Wreck and roll was also in my insurance network. Bill and George kept everything super easy and informed me of everything I needed to know

These guys are great! My wife brought in the car last week to knock out a few dents and re-align the door after a small impact. When I got it back, I could hardly tell anything had happened to the car.

Excellent, amazing. Always a great price, value, helpful with insurance, and the work is always the best. Have had many incidents over the years. Each time from the first time to now is better than the first. Enterprise is close. I get the rental and when I tell them how good the work is, they say, "yeah, all their customers we take care of rave on about them too"

I just had The best service ever!! I had a flat tire, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. These guys found the source of the flat and plugged it up so fast! They even helped me after hours for no pay. Best and friendliest service I've ever had! Definitely coming back here for any problems in the future!

The entire back end of my car was severely damaged to the point where I thought it might have to be scrapped. I took it to Wreck & Roll and they thankfully told me they could repair it.
When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that they didn't properly re-install the pinstripe that originally started at the headlights on the side of the car and wrapped around the back (they had the pinstripes ending on the side). Not a big deal, but definitely a harbinger of their carelessness. When I informed them of the original pinstriping, they refused to believe me until one of the owners
