Kamp Pendleton Personal Training (KP) originated in San Diego California in 1996 by Daryl Pendleton. The name Kamp Pendleton Personal Training was born after Daryl trained clients at Camp Pendleton Marine Base in San Diego. In 1998, the successful business moved to San Francisco California where Daryl served over 200 clients in a three year period.

Over 50% of Mr. Pendleton's clients in the Bay Area remained with him for two years. In 2001, Daryl relocated to Columbia South Carolina where he worked in conjunction with the Richland County and Lexington County Sheriffs Departments to develop a fitness and conditioning program that brought awareness of weight management and lifestyle management to an area that had not been exposed to Kamp Pendleton's training and weight management philosophy.

Kamp Pendleton Personal Training facilities were established to provide a place where people are compassionate to your needs and concerns. We offer No CROWDS, No MEMBERSHIPS, just REAL RESULTS in a comfortable and professional environment! They are convenient to the Dulles Toll Road (Hunter Mill or Reston Parkway Exits) and are excellent for those commuting to and from Reston.

We believe a solid foundation of conditioning and education are the roots to any successful Health and Wellness program. Combination of cardiovascular conditioning and medium resistance training along with stretching exercises and nutrition analysis.

I train regularly with Daryl P. I can now definitely see more muscle definition all over! He works me hard but makes it fun and informative at the same time. I have always worked out but now I feel more motivated to kick it up a notch!
