I cannot credit SAPT’s staff enough for their incredible work and flexibility. As a varsity baseball player, my schedule has been sporadic and SAPT has been able to support my shifting schedule. I first came to SAPT just after I had recovered from an ankle injury after a string of injuries. Since then my fastball has increased by 10 miles an hour and my 60 yard dash also increased significantly. I credit that mostly to my training at SAPT. Thanks to them I have made my Varsity baseball team as a sophomore and will be on a showcase team over the summer.

I have started my journey at SAPT several years back, knowledge coaches(friends 😃) always helping me by writing and overseeing workout plans. I had several injuries from jujitsu and coaches helped me with recovery and injury prevention. Highly recommend them.

The people at SAPT are some of the most passionate people in the strength and conditioning industry.
