This gym changed the way I work out and the results were immediate. Dave and his staff helped me understand my body mass composition and set me up with a nutrition macro plan to get me on my way to cutting body fat while maintaining and even gaining muscle. The workouts combine a lot of proven techniques and are both challenging and fun.

Before my experience at IG3 I hated exercise and found the gym to be intimidating. With a little push from a buddy I signed up for a 6 week challenge at IG3. I honestly didn’t expect much, and I definitely didn’t think 6 weeks would be enough time to change my attitude about exercise or my physical capabilities and appearance. I was so wrong. Dave and Shane were amazing. They took my measurements, created a nutrition guide, and made training fun and challenging. They helped me every step of the way, often checking in on how I was doing with nutrition and giving me guidance during training.

I have had 10 personal training sessions with Dave and just started the group training. I highly recommend Dave as a trainer. He is knowledgeable, supportive and a great motivator. He truly cares about your progress and helps you modify your nutrition and exercise routine in order to achieve your goals. In a short time, I am already seeing results! I am looking forward to continuing my weight lifting workouts in the group classes with Shane & Dave. This is a really great gym!!

My wife and I have been to several gyms in our time and have not received results like we have at Icon gym. Dave and Shane take great care to make sure that we are practicing safe movements while optimizing performance. The classes are a lot of fun, and we feel energized after leaving instead of exhausted. The classes have people of all fitness levels and everyone feels welcome. I love that they promote a balance of nutrition with fitness. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to commit to a long term life change.

I've been attending this gym since August and LOVE it. I've lost 12 lbs and feel much more confident in the gym. I never liked to go to the gym, but going here and learning from Dave and Shane has changed my mindset. This gym is very comfortable and everyone who attends is supportive. He checks in with you regarding your progress (including nutrition, fitness, and daily habits) and will help you achieve the goals you'd like. It's been one month since I started working out at Icon Gym and I've enjoyed it. This was just the thing to get me consistently doing strength training. The classes are pretty structured and just when you think you've started mastering the exercises, they mix it up at the end of the beginning of the month. I do feel that I get a good workout and Dave and his trainers gives you the attention to effectively do the exercises. I had a great experience training with Dave. He is knowledgeable and professional. The gym is neat and clean all the time, which really creates a great environment and atmosphere for you to work out. Overall, there is a lot of techniques and dietary habits which you could learn from a professional and incorporate in your daily lifestyle.

Beginning my third week at IG3 and so far I am VERY impressed. I am loving the workouts with Shane and the communication between the owner David and his clients is stellar. He is very in tune with our individual goals and wanting to help us achieve them. This gym is not just all about training/exercise either. They also teach about nutrition as the two go in hand in hand to live a healthy lifestyle. Bottom line is that you can tell they are passionate and very knowledgable about what they do for a living and that makes me feel confident that I will achieve the goals I have set for myself!

Selected Icon Gym after doing a lot of research. I began working out at the gym 6 weeks ago and have enjoyed the experience. Dave walked me through the whole process of evaluating my goals, physical condition, and overall fitness level. I like the holistic approach to strength training which includes nutrition, stress management, water intake, sleep, and work out variation. The other trainers have also been great. Shane demonstrates all lifts and ensures I maintain good form and intensity to optimize each workout!

I strongly recommend Dave and Icon Gym! Dave helped me rehab after a knee reconstruction. He also helped me lose the dad bod and get serious about my health which was just in time as I was just over 40 and heading down the wrong path. He is always very available to talk about diet and supplements. Dave loves what he does and it shows in the personal attention and care that he extends to each and every one of his clients. I've been going to Icon Gym for over a month now and can already tell a difference in my body tone. I've been working out for years and just reached a plateau where I wasn't getting results anymore. I personally recommend Dave and the Icon Gym team - I'm a local gym owner myself and only have great things to say about him and his training program. Most gyms will sell you on all of the bells and whistles or the hype of their technology like Orange Theory, etc. but what matters is that you have someone with knowledge, experience and a genuine care for you getting what you want in your health & fitness. Awesome place. The owner and trainers are experienced, and care about the class and the people they are training. I wish I could afford to keep going. The results I achieved for the 3 to 4 months I was there and followed the workouts and meal plans I dropped body weight, fat and gained muscle mass. I felt energized also. If there were affordable options I'd return. However, I did get results.

After years of not focusing on my physical health and well-being, I came across the 6-week challenge with Icon Gym. Throughout the challenge, Dave guided me through re-structuring my diet while also providing kickass workouts. With Dave's help, I was able to lose 10 pounds and completely improve the way I looked and felt throughout the challenge. Since finishing, I have continued to lose weight and feel better while still implementing the lessons I learned during the challenge. Icon Gym is the real deal when it comes to individual and group training. Great facility and more important coach Dave is awesome! He's with you from start to finish not just in the workouts, but also following up with you on your nutrition and overall progress. I was looking for a personal trainer/possibly CrossFit box to help me get in and stay in shape and that is when I found Icon Gym's 6-Week Challenge ad on Facebook. Despite the fact that I did not expect much due to my crazy schedule for school and work that only allowed me to work out three-four times a week, I started seeing results within two months of training with Dave! I can definitely see that my body has gotten more toned --I now have a flatter stomach. What is even better is the fact that I have become so much stronger, which I now believe is what fitness is all about.

I've been working with David on and off for the past few years. I'm a tall slim guy and have trouble putting on lean mass. He has an amazing knowledge base and knows how to use techniques to make my body respond to my goals based on the workouts and nutrition plan he lays out. In 4 weeks I went down 6% of body fat while maintaining my weight and gaining 3lbs of lean body mass and I'm already a slim guy. He definitely isn't a cookie cutter trainer like we all see at every gym doing the same thing with you as the 85 year old lady. Also he never pushes products for some $ kick

Dave is very knowledgeable and not your "cookie cutter" trainer. His knowledge expands beyond a basic personal training certification and he is always out learning more. Dave helped me figure out a nutrition plan suitable for the workouts we were doing and I saw results very fast. If you are looking for a trainer who knows what he is talking about - Dave is your guy. I love that Dave is very fit himself and actually practices what he teaches you as a client.
