Company extremely easy to work with ! They bend over backwards to make sure your delivery requests are met no matter how unrealistic the seeem. When it comes to their quality system, it doesn't get much better than the ISO 13485 Certification that they have in place. As a company owner this certification gives me "Peace of Mind" knowing that every detail is being reviewed when providing products and services to or for my company.

Our experience with TPI has been excellent, GREAT SERVICE and like others have mentioned they will do whatever it takes to get the job done on time and in budget! Also, I have found TPI to be resourceful and prudent with their pricing, neither gouging or shorting with estimates, but rather honest quotes that they will hold to!

We began working with them, already having a completed product, but needing a new vendor in order to meet increasing demand. Therefore, they already had all they needed in order to recreate the pad cover that we wanted them to supply. We had already been procuring materials for our existing vendor and we told them that we may do the same with them. When they quoted the project they built in a rather lucrative fee for procuring materials, which we had told them we may do. After we reiterated that fact they re-quoted at a higher labor cost.
