I bought a used Juki DDHL8700 from a 3rd party with TJ Elias as the orginal seller. When I needed service, I brought it in and was able to get it back 1.5 weeks later. The staff was kind, courteous and professional. After I had my machine serviced, the repair guy was kind to coach me to use a better thread. Cost effective and THE ONLY place to go for industrial machines. #jukirules

Jammed my Seiko fatally in the midst of a big project. I called Elias and was told they’re 2-3 weeks out on repairs. I knew the best I could do was bring the machine in and add it to the lineup. I did. The nice big guy hauled it into the shop, looked it over and unjammed it on the spot. I am so grateful. He and Elias are the best.

They did a great job setting up my new 1541s with a speed reducer and needle position sensor. No problems putting it in service.

Tyler was very helpful. They have a lot of industrial sewing machines. They carry large thread spools, needles, lamps, bobbins, etc. Very impressive inventory.

Called and told to come on In. When arrived at the address facing the street and got to the door, it was ked. Saw someone inside waving their arms around. Not sure what it meant so down the stairs and up the other stairs to another locked door. I gave up but as I drove around the corner to go home I saw a back door but unfortunately no place to park except on the icy street. A big note on the front door with directions would have been nice or better yet to me to go to the bank door when I cked. Disappointed!!!

Not the best costumer service but not bad either. That's why I give 4 out of 5 stars. Called twice, couldn't get through even though my phone was working like normal. Emailed and they said they don't do at home/portable sewing machines. Makes sense. The website does say industrial machines, it would be nice if their site said plainly that they don't work on at home/portable sewing machines. Website is difficult to look at because it's a wall of text on mobile. Other than that nothing bad to say, from my experience they do what they do well.

These guys are awesome, knowledgeable and have been in business forever. I bought an industrial machine at an auction and made several trips in there to get it functional (the auction gave me 5 bobbin casings--and they were VERY wrong for it). I even got a tip as to how to make sure my bobbin casing had the right amount of tension.
