I can’t express how helpful, kind and considerate these people are. I too was unhappy with the first machine I purchased. The fault was mine as I didn’t research enough my wants and needs before buying my that machine. I do expect people who sell sewing machines L? to know their machines, I don’texpect them to be mind readers and know what is best for me. The staff was more than I would ever expect from any staff. Lovely owner too.

I used to be a customer, a good customer, but I had a machine that had issues from day one. It should have been replaced. It still doesn't work, and I won't sell a machine to someone else that won't work for me. The most frustrating part is he kept trying to convince me that the machine was fine. And perhaps he believes that. However, he also refused to take it back or let me trade it in. If the machine was fine, he should be happy to take it back. You are supposed to have 30 days to return a machine, but how does that work, when you have returned the machine and it has been in for repairs and

After three trips back to the store for the same machine repair... they sent my lifelong loved Kenmore TO THE SCRAPPER!!  Zero remorse- and as yet zero reimbursement.  I’ve had to file a small claims suit!!  They actually tried to convince me that an entirely wrong machine was mine!!  Yup - I have a recordin of the guy telling me “that’s your machine-I’m sorry it doesn’t look like you remember!!!

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not give this “business” your hard earned money.
I attempted to purchase a used machine only to discover he failed to include needed power supply cord- honest mistake? Sure, had it ended there. I returned the following day to pick up said cord, WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY from the shop only to find once returning home that it was THE WRONG CABLE. Frustrated and mistrusting his product, I returned to the shop with machine/ parts for a refund only to be treated as if his incompetence was somehow my fault. He helped other customers coming after me first, made me wait through

Truly a great place to buy a machine. They returned my call for information, helped me try different machines in the showroom, gave me the knowledge I needed to make a good choice but didn't pressure me when I needed time to think about it. The machine I ended up buying from them has been just right for me! A few days after buying it I ran into a question I couldn't solve with the manual. I called the shop and they were cordial and helpful and I was soon sewing again! I'll be back!
