Jessica joined Live Fit in Novermber and has lost 15 pounds so far! She's been working out with Bridget twice per week and really focusing on eating better. She trys to work out another 2-3 times per week, but admits it doesn't always happen because of her busy schedule. She allows herself to have 1 bad meal per week so that she, "doesn't go insane and drop everything".
Our registered dietitians and nutritionists work with our clients to design nutrition plans that maximize their fitness results while encouraging a healthy balance of nutrients that boosts energy levels and aids in meeting weight goals. We work to educate each client on their body's nutrition needs so that they can make better choices and build long term habits that can last a lifetime.
Jonah has gained 15 pounds of muscle over the last few months. He has achieved 11% body fat and has a lot more energy to get through his busy days at school. Jonah reports feeling stronger, more confident and having more endurance. Jonah lifts weights three times per week with his trainer Mark and has really worked hard to eat better foods to help him build muscle.

I have been training with Laura since July and have had some nutritional counseling with Mark. Both are very professional, very amicable and flexible with working around my work schedule. They have made getting healthy an attainable goal for me and have helped me to set smaller, incremental goals in order to reach my overall goal of a healthier and happier lifestyle. I would certainly recommend Live Fit to anyone.

I have been working with Mark for about 6 months now. I have a bad shoulder and have had back problems in the past. Mark first worked to understand my past, then he created a tailored workout strategy for me. I am slowly but consistently regaining my core strength and have noticably lost weight and have even seen progress of definition in my shoulders, back, and arms. Mark has a inviting and personable approach about him that has rekindled my willingness to workout. Laura and Tom are both great trainers! I have been working with them for about 8 months now. I feel healthier and stronger than ever. I used to work out on my own and didn't know the reason for a variety of challenges I would come across at the gym, which both Laura and Tom have noticed and helped me to improve on. I've lost 12lb since I have been coming here and have gained a lot of muscle along the way! I highly recommend Live Fit.

For a girl who's never been able to stay motivated, I am always surprised at how eager I am to come to Live Fit each week. Laura is an organized, creative, and positive personal trainer who has taught me about motivation and getting strong! Like I genuinely feel much stronger since I started! Mark also deserves a special mention for creating a positive experience for me every time I step in the door. I feel a true sense of community at Live Fit!

I have been training here for almost two years and love it! Heidi really cares about my progress and understands my limitations. I typically do not like a "gym" setting so the personal and intimate setting is perfect for me. The owner and staff are kind and friendly. I would suggest giving it a try because once you become impressed with the results you will be hooked! I highly recommend Live Fit!

Wonderful workout facility! Very clean! The instructors sanitize the equipment after every client. I have been going there for a year and my fitness level has improved tremendously! I have gained muscle strength, lost inches, and improved my blood pressure. I can fit into jeans I could not have fit into 3 years ago. Each session is different, so you don't get bored! My trainer is Laura and she is amazing!

I've been working out at Live Fit now for over 3 years and really enjoy training with Heidi. I started training with Heidi in preparation for my wedding, but I have continued to train with her well past my wedding date. This is the longest amount of time I have consistently worked out in my entire life. I have built muscle, gained endurance, and have found a renewed confidence in my body. Heidi is great at helping you set goals and is knowledgeable in helping you achieve those goals. Plus her friendly personality makes working out much more enjoyable than any solo session at a large, impersonal

I cannot express how happy I’ve been with my experiences at Live Fit! Heidi has been my trainer for nearly a year and a half and I have made more progress in this last year and a half than I ever thought possible. I’m an avid runner, but never took the time or interest to focus on my overall health and strength. This fitness studio is amazing. I have trained with Mark for the past five years and he has been a great trainer, coach and motivator. He has customized training plans around my hectic work schedule and always ensured that I maximize my time at the gym. The location is convenient, training space is comfortable and the team of trainers are always motivated to deliver their best each time. Would highly recommend this place if you want personal focus that big box gyms can never offer.

The personal trainers personalize workouts to help achieve your fitness goals. They also have a Registered Dietitian on staff so you can trust the nutrition information you hear at Live Fit!
Bridget was my trainer and she really took the time to get to know me and customize my workout plan! I was interested in toning up and learning how to workout correctly, and Bridget helped me with even more! I feel so confident now--highly recommend!

Live fit personal training is great. They are friendly and customize the training just right. Mark, Tom & Craig are great to work with. The small setting is just right. They have good equipment and the one on one attention means there are never crowds of people getting in the way. I've been going on & off for years but the new ownership is better than ever.
