Since 2012, Train 2U has been providing personal training, weight management programs, and educational speaking sessions to people at affordable prices. We are educated fitness professionals who customize health and fitness programs specific to your abilities. We bring the equipment, along with our expertise, to a location which is convenient for you.

Personal training is available through private online video calls. To improve the overall quality of life for individuals living in the greater Cleveland area - one person at a time. This will be accomplished through safe and affordable fitness instruction provided by educated fitness professionals.

I have been training with Keith for about five years since we moved to Ohio, and I feel very fortunate to have found him. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and he adapts his sessions to my needs. His business model has worked well, and during COVID he has adapted nicely to the ZOOM sessions. Keith is the best trainer I have ever had. Very encouraging and upbeat. Never the same old same old workout twice. He always mixes it up. My wife and I have both been working with Keith for over 2 years now and once COVID hit we weren't sure how the virtual workout on the iPad was going to work but it is great and very effective. Keith has changed my life! I went to a gym and worked out really hard (I thought) five times a week for 90 minutes each time for thirty years. Then I started training with Keith, and the results were noticeable almost immediately. What a thrill. Keith is professional, extremely knowledgeable, always on time. He also tailors your session specifically for YOU. I couldn’t be happier.

I have been training with Keith for about eight years, and am still consistently impressed by his reliability, professionalism, and sensitivity and adaptability to little strains and fatigue. Each session opens and closes with stretching, has a cardio component, and balances pushes and pulls. He is good-natured and encouraging, and very attentive to my posture and form. It's been a treat.

Keith is a fantastic trainer. He strikes the perfect balance of pushing you and understanding how to train safely to prevent injury. I’ve had the pleasure of working out with Keith for the last 7 months. Prior to working with him, I did not incorporate any strength training in my exercise routine mainly because I was unsure of how to start, what to do, and how to use the equipment properly.
Keith has helped me create a consistent workout routine that meets my specific needs. He has taught me proper technique and form and utilizes a variety of exercise moves which keeps me from getting bored.

I've worked with Keith for well over a year now, and have never felt better in my life. He expertly designed a program to fit my needs and the results have been excellent.
