Sometimes knowing the correct things to eat can be confusing and overwhelming at times. What our personal trainers offer at Top Tier is guidance to help you reach your goals. We will provide you with practices and help create/build on healthy eating habits to implement into your lifestyle. Consistency with following your workout regimen and eating habits is not always easy.

My experience here has been great! I am really seeing results since I started in March of this year. The trainers have a personalized plan for me to reach my specific goals. They push you to do your best, and listen to you when something doesn’t feel right and adjust what they are doing to help you. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat, and there is no gym intimidation whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend Top Tier!

I have been personal training with Chris at Top Tier for over a year now and will not be stopping any time soon! I have gotten so much stronger and healthier since starting with him. He is very friendly and really cares about his clients. He pushes me to do my best each session and I couldn’t be more grateful! Highly recommend!

Chris is an awesome personal trainer! He is friendly and knowledgeable. His workouts are challenging but fun and I feel stronger and accomplished after each one. He does a great job pushing you to do your best! The pricing is very fair and definitely worth it. I highly recommend!

I've been working out with Chris at Top Tier for about 3 months now he is awesome to work with! he pushes you to succeed make's sure you know what you are doing and is always there to help. I'm already seeing results after 3 months he also is very flexible with scheduling and always tries to accommodate you. If your looking for a place to go for affordable and great personal training Chris at Top Tier is the place to go!

I've been training for 3 years now and have increased to 3 times a week! I've lost weight and consistently kept it off. I recently moved from Parma to North Olmsted and still drive to Parma to train with Chris because I don't want to go anywhere else. Top Tier is a very friendly and comfortable gym to workout at. Even when I was having issues with my shoulder and knee, Chris made me feel like I got a good workout. The group classes are also very fun.

Chris at Top Tier has been SO awesome to work with! I’m a mom of two young children, and Chris has been flexible with scheduling and very accommodating in order to keep me on track! Personable and professional. Motivates me to push myself further and further! I am a beginner so going to the gym can be pretty overwhelming for me. Top Tier has been the perfect place to start my fitness journey and learn what I’m capable of!

Amazing training services from this gym! Wanted to get my endurance up like crazy and Chris made it happen. He makes sure to prioritize the type of workouts you need for your body and doesn’t just do the same workouts with every client, I’ve noticed it’s different for ever client! 5 stars all the way!

Chris is awesome and fun to work with. I’m not new to working out but it turns out my form has been wrong on many things and he’s helped me correct that. I’m feeling stronger and losing weight. He also offers group classes which makes it even more fun and motivating. Definitely recommend!

Chris is awesome!! I’ve been going here for a few months now and it has really made a difference. I’ve been pretty sedentary in general lately, and he’s been awesome at pushing me and keeping me motivated. He’s a really great guy, easy to talk to, very accommodating, helpful, and a great trainer. I’ve definitely gotten more defined and have lost weight which were my goals. I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of going to a personal trainer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, especially great for first timers!
