The Green Tree Run Community Association has been recognized by the Pennsylvania and Delaware Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) for demonstrating excellence in community participation, the maintaining of standards, fiscal stability, and the improvement of quality of life for its residents.
Our residents enjoy use of The Tree House, a multi-use three-story climate-controlled recreational facility. The complex houses a heated indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lounging and grilling area, changing rooms with saunas and optional Fitness Center access. The Tree House also functions as a multipurpose meeting center complete with a full kitchen, bar and lounge area for entertaining guests at private meetings or social functions!

Have lived here for over for just over two years. GTR is truly a hidden gem in the city of Philadelphia. Providing a secluded wooded setting with close proximity to public trails and rails. The association is well run, the facilities are well maintained, and the owners are friendly and involved in keeping GTR that way. Very lucky to be able to call this place home.

SSSHHH!!! Its a secret! Greentree Run is awesome! The neighbors are all very kind, friendly and help each other as they enjoy each others' company. It is very well kept. The pools are wonderful as well as the beautiful locker rooms complete with sauna. There are all types of homes here at Green Tree Run, small medium or large, whatever Goldilocks finds is "just right" in this hidden treasure. I moved in here on Valentines Day, 2017 and it has truly been a heartwarming discovery of fun, friends and a forever home. Awesome life at Green Tree Run with Awesome neighbors!!!!
