Pilates Collective is a community of teachers and students who've found that Pilates makes people feel good in their bodies by integrating movement, breath, centering, flow and precision. Pilates Collective offers individual and small group Pilates and CoreAlign classes to help students build flexibility, stability and strength.
Join a CoreAlign or Pilates/CoreAlign Trio; optimal for multiple, affordable weekly sessions. From CoreAlign Designer/Manufacturer Balanced Body: Easy-to-learn exercises on the CoreAlign emphasize an upright posture and are designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement.
Developed by physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman, CoreAlign exercises facilitate musculoskeletal rehabilitation by stimulating core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, very deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training.Also great for performance enhancement and as a regular exercise regimen for a healthy lifestyle.

Through the Balanced Body Teacher Training program you get the highest quality training with the additional expertise of our experienced and dynamic teachers.
A: At Pilates Collective we offer two different entry points to begin your Pilates journey. An Introductory Session - Great for the very beginner or someone just getting to know the studio. This will allow you to experience Pilates with a skilled teacher, get your questions answered and address how Pilates can best meet your personal goals.

Taking lessons at Pilates Collective has helped me so much. Many of the teachers have physical therapy training (Sebastopol Physical Therapy is in the same building)
I have better balance and coordination than I have ever had, my back problems have improved, and I love the caring instructors.
