I expected to hear back in a few days when the request could be done. Instead I got a call not long after I submitted the request asking if okay if they came down and completed the request now.
I hae never lived in an apartment before and had heard stories of taking months to get things done. I have been pleasantly surprised how on top of things the management is and how quickly things are completed.
When we had rains a few months ago I noticed water level outside increasing- was keeping an eye on it and then the team here was out in the pouring rain digging trenches and keeping drains clear

I have lived on the central coast for about 18 years. This property is by far the best one I have moved in to. The amenities are great, distance to schools and shopping is superb, and the staff is so helpful, thorough and treated me as if I was their number one tenant. They take the word "community" to heart. Security Deposit and rents are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this or any other Towbes Group property. Thanks to Kaye, Shawn and Denise for all their great work!

I am a travel nurse currently on assignment in Santa Barbara. My company housed me here and my only complaint is that the gym is under construction so I can't use it. The management here is amazing. I have been able to talk to them about any issues and they are quick to take care of all of my families needs. Thank you for making this experience great!!! I would recommend this apartment to others, it is well kept and very quiet. I have to say that it is one of the friendliest communities I have been housed in.
