Orchid is amazing for walk ins. I love how accommodating they are and they do amazing pedicures. Plus their prices are very fair. Highly recommend the “rock your world” pedicure with hot stones. It’s so relaxing! I get gel there and now my nails are growing on their own finally. My schedule is crazy so the walk-in policy is a huge help!!

If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows waxed, I would avoid going to Orchid Nails. Last Thursday I called asking about a walk in and the nice lady on the phone told me to come in. During my whole experience, none of the workers spoke to me. The lady who did my eyebrows did not even welcome me. The whole process took about five minutes. She simply put wax on my eyebrows and that was it. She didn't go back to pluck or trim them. Every other nail place I have gotten my eyebrows done at took the time to tweeze the stranded hairs and make them look "fleek". At the end

A friend & I stopped in here mid-morning on a Friday & were able to be seated for pedicures right away no issue. The ladies who completed our pedicures were great, attentive to everything, and the perfect mix of gentle & firm for the massage portion of our pedicures. I got the orange, lemon, and lime one for $50 while my friend got the mint one for $45. About average for what I spend on a pedicure like this, but my friend was charged for a $50 one we realized later. So double check your choice & your bill; $5 isn't the end of the world, but it was a little annoying when she

This is my favorite salon, and I don't say that lightly. I have gotten my toes and acrylic nails done every two weeks for years. I've gone to salons all over the Tampa Bay Area so I feel like I've done a fair sampling and I swear this is the best place (Manhattan Nails in South Tampa is my second favorite). Cindy does such a high quality job I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I've found her! I also like that everyone at her salon seems to be happy to be there, they chat and giggle, it seems organic and relaxed--not sterile and abusive to staff like some salons

I went here once, mainly because it was empty and I thought they'd be able to spend more time/focus on me. Not so. The service was terrible considering there was no rush of a line behind me. The massage, nail cutting, scrub were all below mediocre. A complete shock since I was LITERALLY the only client in the store. This is not even to mention that I didn't get polish because I don't like polish on my nails. On top of that, the atmosphere is cold and ugly, the other employees ignore you, and you feel like they are waiting for you to leave so that they can continue doing nothing.

This place has a nice atmosphere and quite clean. I heard good things so I thought I would check it out. The manicure I got was nice but there were messy bits. It ended up being more expensive than I was first told. I also felt that the people were not very nice. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not the greatest experiences.

I've been to nails orchid twice now and it has become my go-to nail place. They offer very nice spa pedicures complete with a scrub, hot towel, and massage. My pedicures lasted 2+ weeks and looked great.
The last time I went, I got a gel manicure and it has now been 1.5 weeks and it still looks perfect! Very meticulous, they did a great job! The women are very friendly and make sure you are happy with your services.
Highly recommend this place for both pedicures and manicure, and I think the prices are very reasonable. I will be back!

I stumbled upon this salon when I was living in Florida over the summer. I walked in without an appointment an almost left because there was no sign in sheet and initially no one greeted me or checked on me. After 5 minutes my name was taken, and after about 10 minutes I was taken to a table.
There removed my gel nails with minimal damage (I find this rare) and proceeded to give me a new gel manicure with colored french tips.
The manicurist was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The salon itself is the most clean I have ever seen, I wish I could transport it to Ohio.

I recently moved to St. Pete about 2 months ago. In that time, I've tested out a few various salons in order to find a favorite, go-to place to get my eyebrows waxed. FOUND IT. Orchid it is! Not only did she do a really great job with my eyebrows - which can be tough because they're really thick. Usually I go home after a waxing and have to pluck a few hairs. Not after this! And bonus - she gave a little 2 minute forehead/brow massage when she was finished waxing. OMG!!!! Can't comment on manicures or pedicures but I'll definitely be going back, probably every couple weeks

To be fair, let me start off my saying the gentleman that greats you, is great. He is extremely nice and well-mannered. I got here a little before 4:30 & I was told 15 minutes. There were about 4 nail techs & 4 people. I waited for 20 minutes & a lady comes in around 4:50. She gets seated before me. Ok. Then they sat me in a chair, so I was ok. Now the rude part was, a nail tech went straight to the lady who waited probably 5 minutes. I waited in my chair for 5 minutes and no one came nor said anything. . I started to get up & then someone said someone would be over in a moment

I've tried coming here 3 times, and I always have to wait MUCH longer than they tell me. As in, if they say 5 minutes, that means 1 hour. If they say 15 min, that means 1.5 hours. When I tried to leave they convinced me to sit back down and that it was almost my turn. They are incredibly slow, they don't follow instructions, they don't use proper technique and the mani pedis don't last long at all. I've had manicures chip the first day and pedis that last less than a week. One of the girls also made my cuticles bleed. Mediocre customer service at best and weird vibe in
