This what Orchard city Café pork belly it’s horrible it’s actually a piece of rib that has a lot of fat. It’s fake pork belly also there vegetables are huge they need to hire someone to chop those smaller and look at my other picture which is supposed to be a basil rice with fried chicken on top the chicken is burnt I don’t think they care my husband had to wait 30 minutes for this so-called pork belly which is really ribs with a lot of fat on it I don’t know who they think they fooling I don’t know if I’m gonna go back anytime soon. when they first opened it was a good company and

They’ve given someone else my food the 3 times I’ve been there i waited 30-40 minutes and when I went to go ask if my food will be ready they were talking to each other instead of telling me what’s going on. I’m very patient and i waited cause they looked busy but i found it really disrespectful even after standing in the front to ask all they did was look at me and not say a word. Food is great but the workers not so much.

I guess you have to catch them on a good day. I go here at least once each week on my way home from work and lately the food has been horrible. Today I ordered 2 crawfish fried rice mild, and told them no spice at all and to not over cook it. They did it anyway and my food it was completely burned or scorched and so spicy where I could not eat it. I called 3 times to complain and of course they didn't answer the phone. I would have drove all the way back there but I live in Irving and it would have cost me more to drive back. This happened last time I was there.. So this seems like the norm now

Good place to have a meal! I came here with a large group one day and most of our table was served in a timely manner. We had mozzarella sticks & fried calamari that each came with a large dish of marinara sauce. Both were good & very crunchy. I really liked the fried shrimp & fried red pepper tofu. The spicy basil fried rice is my favorite base to pair with each protein, but this time the rice tasted slightly hard/undercooked. Food is good, but I don’t really like the boba here.

Great food but today when I went to pick up the order ordered 2 dozen shrimp. But only got 1 dozen. Their phone is constantly busy.. please address my issue!
Update: I called them as soon as I got home and they said they will leave a note on my account. However when I called back to place an order again, they couldn’t find their note. My guess is that they never wrote anything down in their system. The girl said, they usually don’t do this because it has to be addressed the same day. I did call back and I told them about the review I posted as well. She then said she needed to talk to her

Everytime I've visited this place I've enjoyed my meal. My favorite dish is the blackened catfish with Southeast Rice. I also LOVE their smoothies! The past couple of times I've gone, I've scored a free appetizer using the Fivestars app, which has been amazing! I recommend that anyone in the area give them a try! (Sorry my pics were taken after I'd already started enjoying my food, but the serving sizes were great!)
