He moved from Italy to develop an Italian Coffee Shop & Bakery without compromises: Fresh, Authentic & Natural. We make EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH: our coffee, pastries and gelato. All in full harmony with the Slow Food philosophy. It represents a moment of freedom, of joy. That moment that one can feel for example while dancing or, simply, while laughing with a friend, or eating a great pastry, or drinking a very good coffee, and so on.

The "pizzica" is a popular dance in Salento danced by a ballerina with a veil while tambourines are played. Our logo is to remind us our roots and what we are trying to accomplish: the hope and the ambition to deliver a moment of freedom, of joy.
Services
We select the best green beans in the world, and proudly roast them in Dallas as traditionally done in Italy. Our Espresso is our signature coffee for all those who want to experience the authentic Italian coffee or for those who can truly appreciate the original espresso. A torrefazione in Italy is simply the place where coffee is roasted.

I'm a big fan of Palmieri Cafe. The Italian pastries are to die for. In particular I love the vanilla and chocolate cannoncino. The vanilla cornetto is also very good. On the savory side, I love the sandwiches. The bread is amazing and they have a ham sandwich and a prosciutto sandwich that are incredible. The coffee is great and they roast their own coffee

Some of the best locally roasting coffee I have found! And they hook you up with a free cup of drip or an espresso. My daughter loves the lattes and the pastries. The staff is always Friendly and fast!

Their iced espresso and nitro cold brews were smooth, excellent rich flavor without too much acidity (high acidity in coffee is not my thing). Didn't even need any add ons. Plus the service was fantastic.

The sweets from this cafe are amazing. My wife was raised in a high quality homemade catering household. She gives Palmieri 5 stars. Finding the storefront and then a parking place that doesn't cost $10 is a giant pain. But it's worth it.

Every time I go to the Dallas farmers market I make sure to stop by the Palmieri Cafe and get my coffee fix. After the coffee I’m ready to stroll the many booths at the farmers market.
This place is always busy, and for good reason, they have a large selection of coffee drinks, along with sandwiches, and pastries to have with your coffee.
This time I had an Americano coffee black with no sugar. The coffee they serve is very strong, and smooth at the same time. I highly recommend Palmieri cafe, so if you’re at the farmers market give them a try!

Great place!!! I was greeted by the owner just walking by and invited to try the gelato. Outstanding, authentic gelato just like in Italy! I also bought a couple of pastries which were also excellent. What a great little cafe! The staff were very nice also. You owe it to yourself to stop here and try it if you are anywhere near downtown Dallas.

Amazing location! Amazing customer service!
Pastries are to die for and all made in house. Coffee is not great at all, but I would definitely be back for the pastries and gelato.

Great spot for a quick cup of coffee. Their espresso was strong and full bodied, so it made a nice iced americano. Will be back!

Ordered 2 latte with almond milk today via postmate app.

I parked in front of the store. Wasn't paying attention and walked through their inventory door? It was right next to their window so I thought there was a pick up window and or that was their door of entrance. It was definitely my fault. I felt so bad. The worker was just staring me down. I think she saw me walking towards the wrong door because she wasn't really caught off guard.

I walked into the correct door and was still apologizing. She gave me the 2 latte that I ordered but still was passive aggressive.

The latte

Palmieri popped up on UberEats this AM. What a surprise find. They make the best lattes in the city, hands down. Full bean, no char taste, no imitation flavorings just beautifully fresh roasted bean with the frothiest, beautifully dense foam. No gross imitation syrups or sweeteners. Divine. The black cherry pastry is amazing.

Ordered a chai and a graffa and loved it! The cream wasn't as overwhelming as traditional donuts and had a perfectly mild flavor. Definitely looking forward to ordering again and trying some of their other options!

A little shop inside the Dallas Farmers Market tourist shopping place

Excellent Italian coffee and pastry stop.

We had a lemon filled and a chocolate filled cannoli. Just delicious! Fresh delicate pastry with light filling. Recommended.

We had another dessert, forget the name, like a homemade croissant with home made dark chocolate filling. Excellent, recommended.

We each had coffee and it was medium strength, smooth, and just right.

The employees were talkative, proud of their products, and very nice.

I can't find any reason to knock a star off, so 5 star it is!

My favorite hot chocolate ever exists here. I get it with almond milk as I'm lactose intolerant. The chocolate is not too sweet, as most coffee shops make it. It's the perfect balance and my favorite hot drink by far. I treat myself every once in awhile and make a trip to the farmer's market just for this hot chocolate. Also, the pasticciotto is amazing. The perfect thickness, the lightest flavor. Definitely one of my favorite Dallas spots.

There are not enough positive culinary adjectives to describe how wonderful Palmieri’s pastries are. They take such care and pride on their food, coffee and service and it shows! I am not doing them justice with my photos. You simply must taste them. You will feel as if you have been transported to Italy. Enjoy!
I also highly recommend their delivery/catering service if you have an event downtown. Corrado worked with us on some very important events and all our clients were so impressed!! His service was above and beyond!!

What is not good here, that's what you need to ask yourself. The Latte, Cappuccino, pastries and all others are authentic Italian (almost). It's hard to find these kinds of almost authentic Italian Pastries in US. So I am glad this Palmieri Cafe is here in Dallas. I have to drive 45 minutes to come here and it's worth it.

Hail to Palmieri's coffees! Bold at the wake of a cappuccino. Strong pick me up of an espresso.

Hurray to Palmieri's pastries! Heavenly filled are their "Cannoncinos" with lemon & vanilla cream.

Salute to Palmieri's savory bites! Richly filled are their "Ruticos" with mozzarella and tomatoes.

Here's to Palmieri's hospitality! When the line is long, once at their counter, most times, all's well.

CHEERS!

*NOTE: Update below*We ordered Mocha which tasted terrible, you can taste the flavor of the coffee nor the chocolate
The texture is watery , absolutely terrible.
We ordered cortado, it tasted like espresso shot I make at home
The cashier was nice but we have to repeat our orders multiple time
The two ladies who made the coffee were almost asleep, they acted as if they just woke up, not friendly ,
Very very disappointing
Our friend told us about this place, Dallas has other excellent coffee shops , never coming back to this one again

Palmieri will transport you thousands of miles away to Rome...all you have to do is take a bite of one of the delicious pastries, take a sip of your latte macchiato and close your eyes. It's truly a wonderful experience. Now it's just a counter so you can't go and lounge specifically in their spot, but there obviously is seating throughout the Farmers Market shed.

The pasticciotto are small cakes, perfectly crisped outside with vanilla cream inside. Delicious. They are sweet so be ready! The graffa is a donut like piece of fried dough with vanilla cream inside and powdery sugar
