Pat is truly amazing and as others have said, does treat every patient like family and she truly cares about your well being! I tested positive for COVID and had read something online about compound pharmacies (those that use regular medicine AND naturopathic means). I found out that Potomac Care Pharmacy a mile from my home is a compound pharmacy and called in. Pat must have talked to me for over an hour and she said that many of her COVID patients had had great success taking an immune health supplement called Viracid and to take 2 capsules every 2 hours for the first 2 days and then slowly decrease

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are genuinely kind and customer-centered. I was prescribed a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and it seemed as if it would be overwhelming to learn how to use, but the pharmacist took the time to walk me through everything and answer any questions or concerns I had until I felt comfortable to leave the pharmacy with it.
You won't get that at major chains. I think I made the mistake of having my prescription transferred to CVS because it's closer to home, but they're so rude and impatient. I spoke with Potomac Care's

Very high priced. The pharmacist isn't willing to work out problems or inform patients when there is a problem with prescriptions. The generic prices are higher here than other private pharmacies. When I first found this place, I was thrilled because I needed to special order certain items. After waiting 2 weeks for my order, I drove to the pharmacy to find out they couldn't fulfill my order and didn't call me to tell me.

Dr. Seremet and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We have now transferred all of our family’s prescriptions to Potomac Care Pharmacy and it is the best and most timely service we’ve ever received. Even our doctors have commented at the service. When we came here I was frustrated and thought all pharmacies were the same. To be honest, this was just a pharmacy that was close by and covered by my insurance, but what at wonderful “mistake” it was! Maybe you’re where I was, I’d give them a try.

I rarely write reviews on yelp, but I am so happy that this pharmacy opened that I just had to leave a review. I've been to all the major chain pharmacies in the area and am always left frustrated. It is so nice to walk into the Potomac Care Pharmacy and have the pharmacist know me by name. My prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be ready, never any waiting. If ever a medication needs to be ordered I always get a phone call so I know exactly when I can expect the medication. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I need to put this first, because this is why I'm here to review. The opioid epidemic is real, deadly, and only getting worse. Luckily, we live in a state where citizens can get trained in providing this emergency, life-saving drug. Mostly if you want to get trained, you have to make your way to a municipal or county building.
Never fear! This place can also help you. The wonderful pharmacist is patient, and spends as much time as you need to get trained. If you want to do it in a rush, however, she can accomplish this as well. It takes maybe 20 min.

The pharmacist and staff are so helpful and friendly. I have been using CVS on Key West since moving to the area 5 years ago, but will be transferring all my prescriptions to Potomac Care Pharmacy because of the incredible care and attention they have given me since filling my first prescription with them last week. My multiple prescriptions were called in by my doctor and they were already working on them when I showed up immediately after leaving my doctor's office which is in the same building. The pharmacist called me to check in on me the first few days to make sure my treatments were working
