They get one star for answering the phone!
Maybe I could rate this place higher if they ever got organized...
First time I called: they answered. Told them what kind of appt I needed for my husband. They emailed me forms; he filled them out and faxed them back with a note to call ME to schedule the appt. A week later (after I hadn't heard from them) I called - they answered. They couldn't find the forms. Said they'd call me back. Never did. Third time I called: they answered. Put me on hold to see if they got the refaxed form. Was on hold for 12 minutes before I was disconnected. Fourth time

Just don’t. The customer service and office policies are not patient-friendly and the employees cannot be trusted to take care of critical needs of its patients. For example, you will be charged for booking a same-day appointment and cancelling less than an hour later. And whoever I spoke to that day was rude and hostile. The whole experience made me not want to book appointments nor, be courteous, and call to cancel. More importantly, if there are medications you rely on please do not go here. My new insurance refused to cover a specific drug that my old insurance had. It took this doctor’s

All the people i have come in contact with at BNWS are wonderful. The providers are top notch. Front desk is warm and friendly. Their billing people take the time to help out and go the extra mile. It is always a pleasure to come here for my visit.

Dr. Susan Miller took care of my parents. She listened patiently. She visited them in whatever facility or in their apartment. When they weren't able to take part in their medical decisions, she explained the options to me. I trusted her with their lives, and I think she significantly improved their quality of life for over 4 years.

I highly recommend Bethesda NEWtrition & Wellness Solutions. I went there for a check up and blood work and found the experience excellent. The staff member I saw, Tierra, was very knowledgeable, positive and offered practical tips for improving my overall health. I needed some forms filled out for my employer and the front desk staff (Thank you Cristal!) was very responsive to my request for assistance. The other thing I appreciated was that my appointment started at the time it was scheduled, which is not always the case at a doctor's office!
