Our mission is to help nonprofit organizations build relationship with their financial supporters through custom designed trips and behind-the-scenes experiences. We have been organizing behind-the-scenes tours and special experiences for performing arts organizations and others non profits. We have a reputation based on the knowledge, personalized care and warmth with which our programs are planned and carried out.
We have helped more than 50 regional and historic theatres and performing arts organizations throughout the country strengthen bonds with their financial supporters. We have had a role in saving Grand Central Terminal, Radio City Music Hall, the New Amsterdam Theater, 10 historic districts, and 35 Broadway Theaters allowing us to share the importance of supporting architectural preservation.

In the 70's when New York was going through one of its worst economic and social crises, 50% of the theaters were dark at any given time. People thought we were close to the demise of Broadway. New York was losing many historic buildings, including theaters, train stations, and the hearts of several historic districts.
The first day I came to New York I was truly overwhelmed. I didn't think I would be able to adapt to its speed, or its intimidating frankness. I quickly discovered that the rough edges were just an exterior facade. The City is actually very warm and welcoming. I discovered that New York is always willing to give you a hand.
Broadway Adventures with behind the scenes access to theatres and principal members of the Broadway community. A V.I.P. Tours of New York Exclusive: You can choose to have the entire group see the same show, or you can give your guests the opportunity to choose their own shows. A private Broadway entertainment and in-depth discussion with cast members, each from a different hit Broadway musical.
A private visit to Alvin Ailey, our country's premiere African-American dance school, including the opportunity to observe a professional dance class 'in action. A post-performance backstage visit with dancers following a Lincoln Center performance of either the Alvin Ailey Dance Company, the New York City Ballet, or the American Ballet Theatre.
