Before all of this, I STRUGGLED HARD with a heavy addiction for partying and every temptation that came along with it. All I knew was that I wasn't happy with my life and where it was headed. During the economic downturn between 2008-2010, I lost my job as a Graphic Designer while simultaneously being told by my doctor that I was incredibly out of shape during my yearly sports physical.

This was not at all what I expected. This is a "membership" though I'm not really sure what to. I guess to Facebook pages and emails. You get weekly calls that are more like accountability/mental health check ins. None of that was what I was looking for. There's no physical training, dietary recommendations aren't any more specific than googling certain diets. I'm diagnosed with several challenging medical conditions and was provided a diet that wasn't compatible with my most severe and immediate condition. When I expressed that, I feel that he became pushy and turned to guilt/ shaming tactics

Taz fitness and nutrition is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had! He takes a unique approach that I didn’t entirely love in the beginning. But by starting back at square one and really looking at my body as a whole - mentally, physically, and emotionally it made a world of difference. My results have been amazing. Taz is not the trainer you’d expect. But the one you need !

Taz Fitness sets the bar high for nutritional coaching and fitness. Coach Taz/Taylor hold you accountable and really cares about you and your goals. I live in another state and he still managed to help me with my numbers and goals. Not only does he personalize your calorie intake he also has a supportive group on facebook with other clients. It's a great way to hold yourself accountable and also a way to share your journey. I recommend everyone check it out!

Taylor's style is warm and personable. He challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. He listens well to your needs and is both educational and supportive. Before Taz I had a gym membership that was just wasted money because I couldn't get motivated to go to the gym specially after a long day at work. On the days when I rarely made it my workout routine wasn't feeling terribly effective. "When I exercised on my own, I expected too much too soon and got too overwhelmed with everyday life, that I started to get
