I have had 3 different experiences with Kelly's. I am proud to call them my friends!. The work they do is wonderful!, the facility is spotless, and the folks in charge are amazing!. I always feel confident that they will do outstanding work, and the best part is they are a family business, and very reasonable!. I would never go anywhere else if I needed work done on my vehicle! I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a positive experience with Kelly’s Body Shop I felt it was important to share.
I was the victim of a hit and run. Someone side swiped my car and left while I was in the grocery story.
I took it to Kelly’s and they did a fantastic job working with me and my insurance company to get me back on the road.
The body work was A+ and so was the customer service. The people there were kind, responsive, empathetic and professional. I would definitely recommend to family or friends.

The owners (Tom and Joe) are who you talk to when you call, no machine or robot the actual owners answer the phone. The Kelly's work with you and your insurance company to make things right and smooth as possible.
They had my insurance adjuster look at my car and have the estimate before I got to work with my rental car. Great communication throughout the repairs and just great people to help you.
Their work is phenomenal and quality

Kelly’s really took care of me and my vehicle a couple of months ago after I hit a deer on my morning commute. Joe took a very transparent approach to explaining the repair estimate and revisions and personally saw that my vehicle was properly repaired with the best parts available (negotiated with insurer). During the original repair, my insurance company required sourcing of a used (read: junkyard) radiator assembly that turned out to be faulty (it happens). This was all disclosed to me prior to installation, but that’s just the rules with discount insurers. It took just one call back to

I had someone run into my passenger door. She wanted to manage it on her own and asked that I go to Kelly. During the estimate, I felt like they really thought through what was needed to fix the issue as cheaply as possible and even gave me advice on another dent I had. It was the most painless car situation I’ve ever encountered. They were quick, professional, knew who I was when I talked to them, courteous, responsive, and most of all—when I got my car back it looked better than it has in years! Both inside and out!

Kelly Body Shop is the best in town. It is family owned and operated and their work is outstanding. I had to get the hood of my Yukon painted last week and it looks like it is brand new and the cost for the repair was the lowest in town. Their work is top notch and they did it in one day! I will never get work done on my vehicles anywhere else. Give them a try you will be very pleased with their work.

We brought my daughters '14 Civic to Kelly's, and can't say enough how pleased we are with their workmanship. From start to finish, Tom and his staff wrote a detailed estimate, kept in communication, finished when expected, and delivered a repaired the Civic that looked better than when it was bought used the year before! The car was very close to being a total loss, but when they were finished, looked like new, with no issues. Thank you Tom, and your staff.

I was very pleased with my experience with Kelly's Body Shop. Tom did an immediate estimate, which was less than the dealer estimate, and was able to schedule the work for the following week. My car was done on time and looks like new again. They were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this local business!
