We stayed for 4 years as tenants on Devenshire Drive, Murphy, TX and had no issues with VP Realty services. They were prompt in all services including any repairs needed. When we needed an extension to stay with short term agreements, they were easy to work with and extended our occupancy agreement twice. When we had to finally move out during November of this year (2021), an off season time and had to break the lease a free months early, they found a new tenant within 15 days of our move out thereby saving us a lot of money (of about $12000).
