Quoted me 180 for iPad 6th gen LCD+glass. Asked if it could get done in a day, neglected to tell me they needed to order parts. Set up appointment over text. Upon arrival of appointment, turned the quote into 200 because "someone else" missed the LCD after double checking his own phone. Walked right out, terrible place. Found 3 other local places that would do it for 160, and way more reputable

Gentleman helped us out quickly and very professional. Went to turn in the phone to t mobile after screen repair but had to bring back because it was missing the sticker for moisture. After I called he was nice and let us come back the next morning. There was an extra charge to put the sticker in, but that was fine. My girlfriend broke the screen as she walked out and he was great about helping us right away and getting us back out.

Been here twice in the past year.. maybe i should be more careful. but nonetheless, here's where you want to get your phone fixed. Cheaper than most shops and still does a quality job, all in 30 minutes. This is why I come back and why you should too :)

Very fast and seamless service. Set an appointment by text, confirmed appointment the next day, dropped off my iPhone 8 plus with a cracked screen, picked it up less than an hour later! Very reasonable price and excellent service. Will be back if it happens again! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

I needed a screen replacement for an iPhone 7 Plus I found this place and was skeptical because of the reviews, so I decided to take a Chance I went in and told him what I needed, he fixed it in about 20 minutes or less. I'm happy with the results and I recommend this place.

Took my phone in to fix the cracked screen and he "fixed it" but my phone still didn't work (he knew that before working on my screen). He assumed it was "water damage" and said there is nothing he can do about it. But still charged me $130. Easy money scam. Never again.

I came in with a cracked iphone 6. Slav was able to put a new replacement cover on it within 20 minutes. Very friendly, easy to deal with and by far the best customer service I've ever received in cell phone repair. He has earned my business and i will come back to him if i ever have a broken phone.

My daughter dropped her iPhone Se cracking the screen, I brought her phone in & the screen was fixed. Brought it home & it no longer charges. Text him to tell him & he said battery was probably damaged from the fall. I took phone to experi Mac & he just did not hook the battery cable back. They fixed the issue for free at experimac. Great screen fix, not great quality work. I feel he should have atleast looked the phone over and if it wasn’t him charged me to fix battery.

Slavik was very friendly and flexible. Unfortunately, the screen wasn't what was wrong with my phone so I went back and he put the old one on and gave me a full refund. The new screen he had out ok looked flawless and you'd never know it wasn't the original! No signs of opening the phone or anything. Great place especially for Federal Way residents.

My iphone has water damage. Went into this place to get a quote. The guy asked me to leave the phone with them and will estimate the problem and charges. I got a call from him saying that they will not be able to fix the problem and added that nobody else can make it work.

Highly disappointed with their technical skills and remarks.
Gadget fix @ seattle not only fixed the problem and also offered a 90 day guarntee.
The phone has been working great since past 4 months.

My iPhone screen needed replacement and they were able to fix it during my lunch break.
Turns out the screen had a factory flaw. (Not their fault)
They told me to bring it in and it was replaced again with no questions asked or hoops to jump through.
Extremely good communication and stellar service.
Highly recommend.

Took my iPhone in with a broken mic and they looked at it, didn't fix it and still charged $50. The place is sketchy, small and they don't really seem like they know what they're doing. Very disappointing :(

Update : 2 months later, they have given me a refund for the "fix"

IPhone Repair GRP did an awesome job with my phone. I didn't think I would be able to take a selfie again because my screen was so cracked. They were able to fix the screen very well and I've never had any issues! I can't thank them enough!
