Once your device has gotten wet, whether from a spill or submersion, you may think it's toast! While the delicate circuitry within the device itself does not perform well when exposed to liquids, there are some precautionary steps to follow. First, do not attempt to power on the device or press any buttons!
We offer full-service repairs and competitive pricing for all iPhones, both older and newer models. For most aesthetic or auxiliary iPhone repairs, such as screen, charging port, or button replacements, it is often more cost effective to have it repaired in our shop than paying the deductible through your carrier's insurance.

Wow. I did my search of location to get an iPad screen replaced and also an iPhone battery.
They had the better rating follow by good pricing. I jumped on the deal on the $8 for $20 (credit) that Yelp has to offer. I also did a check-in to utilize the new protector screen. Also, there is a 10% discount for new customers!
We got there a little after 4, mind you, they close at 7 and Brian was very helpful and informed us they'll get it done closer to 7 but to arrive at 6:30; if they finish sooner, they'd call.
They called close to 6, we went in got our items and the iPad looks brand

Was recommended this place from a different phone repair place in northern Seattle because they couldn't repair my phone. I had to go down to Auburn anyways so it worked out. Dropped my phone off a few hours before they close. I then came back 30 minutes before closing and my phone ear speaker was repaired! Great customer service and feedback! Would definitely go back there to get any of my devices fixed!

Who needs a whole new smartphone when the only thing that is needed is a new battery? When my Samsung S10+ started dying a slow death due to the battery declining in function, my son recommended that I take it to Gadget Genie, and I'm so glad that I did. About $100 spent, and my phone is like new.

I had two works done at Gadget Genie with the help of Chris at the front desk and Joe known as the Master tech in the back. I dropped off an old Macbook Pro 2014 which needed a battery replacement. I dropped off the laptop on Monday and once the part came in, the replacement took less than a day to install. I then had another problem where I was cleaning my 5700xt GPU and I ripped off a small chip which needed expert soldering and repair. Joe was able to focus on the repair and deliver within the same day and testing was done from my own home. The GPU is currently working flawlessly as I write

They replaced my wife's iPhone battery. They verified that the battery was the problem and put a new one in while she went to another appointment.
They also gave her some good advice on how she could probably get a new Kindle Fire for about $10 more than having a new battery installed in her obsolete ten-year-old one.

Cracked glass on iPhone 6S Plus. Also had trouble hearing when talking on the phone. They replaced the glass, and cleaned all of the gunk outta my 7 year old phone. Who knew phones get gunky on the inside? $80 for glass, no extra charge for cleaning. 2 hour turnaround. Ear speaker is loud, home button no longer mushy. I was actually thinking about spending $600 for a new phone! Go there, do it - I'm super happy.

Awesome customer care and reasonable prices! My iPhone screen was shattered :( I went to several places that couldn't turn it around quickly but gadget genie had my phone back to pristine condition in about an hour! This place is great! I dropped off an Xbox One that wouldn't start up. I had only had it for a few months; got it used off Facebook. Worked fine for several months until one day it just wouldn't boot up. They replaced the hard drive and it is good as new! Super friendly staff and they got it done in just a day! Don't. Just don't! They over-promised and under-delivered. Needed to have the battery in my ipod replaced and Chris said he needed to order the battery and it would take an hour and a half to install. He never ordered it so I had to wait another week. When I dropped it off I was now told it would not be ready until the next day. WTH?!? I called the next day (today) before I went to pick it up. I was told that it would not be ready until the NEXT day. I then received a non-apology (I am sorry if you feel that you have been given the runaround). I didn't FEEL that I was given

Not only the best service, but these guys deliver results with a tight timeframe. Needed my Samsung phone repaired ASAP and they made it happen within 20 minutes notice from closing. My initial impression after dropping my Streaming PC off was "I feel like I'm in good hands!". Imagine my surprise when it was actually the opposite.
My first issue is the length of time it took for them to even look at my device. Dropped it off early Monday morning and they didn't take a look until 9am the next morning. At which time, they didn't immediately contact me, as I had to call in myself to receive the troubling news that they declared it no fix no fee.

Came by to get my sons screen repaired from a shattered mess. They repaired his phone within the hour as well as the correct the screw around his volume button so it functioned properly.
They had a tempered glass and otterbox bundle we took advantage of as well. All in all fast and courteous service. My son is happy
