10 STARS!! Im Active Duty and was only here for a layover flight before going overseas. I dropped my phone late at night at the hotel and the screen was toast. I reached out expecting to hopefully hear something early morning before my flight so that I could maybe get it done then. Luqman responded back, drove to my hotel (way after business hours) and fixed it in 30 minutes!!! (Keep in mind mobile repairs aren’t typical for this shop) …… This was a blessing for my situation and I couldn’t be more relieved!

He was 15 minutes late showing up to his work. The website said it would be a 30 minute job. He told me 30 to 40 minutes. It was 50 minutes. Now my phone is broken. I have to put all of my calls on speaker to hear people on the phone which does not work well in public. He told me that all he did was replace the battery so it is not his fault. He is willing to fix it, but that is time I do not have and I do not like it when people imply I lie to get things for free. I should of went to the Apple store. It would of been cheaper and quicker. Do not say it is not your fault and imply I do not know
