This store is conveniently located on the Rainier Ave S. Excellent service which is pretty quick and quite efficiently. Price is the most reasonable on. I give a 5 star! This place was awesome but.i have to get my phone replaced again, because when they finished replacing my iphone it was suuuuuper dark.

DO NOT COME HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE RESULTS ARE EVEN WORSE. I recently paid to have my iPhone 12 screen replaced after it shattered. When I finally picked my phone up from them I realized they must used an aftermarket screen on my iPhone. When starting my phone I immediately got the message “Accessory may not be supported”.. The first thing I noticed was an annoying black border around my phone screen where the screen is supposed to stop. As if the replacement screen was not big enough. Also, the frame rate has dropped significantly and the touch screen itself is not very responsive

Critical: Professionalism
Brought in iPad mini with a cracked screen he took over a week and a half to replace and gives it back to me with a dead battery, I charge it overnight and its disabled the home button does not work can't unlock it to connect it to iTunes or anything completely useless garbage now.

Service was very quick and friendly.
Sold me on an OEM screen for $120~. After having my screen replaced I found that the replacement screen would cut to black, forcing me to lock and unlock my phone to get the image back. Came back to ask about the issue, and was told that all connections were good and the issue was “the AFTERMARKET screen is thicker than OEM screens” and that my otter box case was applying too much pressure, causing the issue. After removing phone from my otter box to relieve said pressure, the issue persisted.
