Franky came to fix my phone and put a damaged screen. After I started using the phone it froze and my phone didn't work. I asked him to come replace it and he’s been ignoring my messages for A MONTH. He also lost my phone screw and put another one that has nothing to do with it. I questioned and he says it's the same screw. Plus scratches when the screen was removed. Very very poor work. No guarantees your phone will work and they have no office so you can’t find them if something like this happen. Now I have an Iphone 11 pro max that was working better when it was cracked. Would 100% not recommend

Ask for him customer service great franky showed up to my house and fixed my phone great guy awesome service I got this phone off offer up and it was missing a few small parts he replaced it now it’s running like new thanks franky I will recommend Seattle phone doctor only negative is I had to schedule so just be aware of that but it’s worth the wait
