I emailed about 5 different shoe repairs in Portland and Jessica was the only one who took the time to respond to my questions. She was able to fix a broken zipper on a boot and even called to make sure I was ok with a type of zipper. My boots looks new! Excellent work and service all around. If you need a shoe repaired or altered this is the place to go!

Walked in Sat after lunch to get sole protectors on my lucchese boots. Jessica was awesome....she was just about closing the shop but stayed back and put on a nice set of protectors on my leather soles. This place was recommended to me by my boot makers and it stacked up to all 5 stars.

I've been going to Derek's for years and years and I've always been so impressed. I've had shoes cleaned and repaired. I've had bags and belts given love too. All have held up perfectly.
Even during this pandemic, they've made home deliveries, taken extra care, communicated well, and are always so polite and incredibly kind. If something isn't perfect, they'll work on it until it is. If I'm not sure about what is best for my shoe, they'll provide options and alternatives. I can't rave enough about Derek's.

I had such a great experience getting three pairs of shoes repaired by Derek's. From curbside pickup, to clearly communicating the repairs to be done, reasonable pricing, quick turnaround, and excellent quality repairs, every step of the way was fantastic. Jessica's commitment to world class customer service shines through. Thank you for breathing new life into my shoes, they literally look brand new!
