Honestly I really just do not know where to start these guys are amazing They are the only ones i will let work on my car if you go anywhere else before you come here you are kidding yourself I had another company tell me to give up my car and I called and spoke to Dennis Thursday and Friday morning came down from Dallas and my car were fixed the same day so yes they are amazing

Drove into Houston from South Texas (5 hr drive) because of this shop's reputation and the services they offer. I had my 2018 F90 M5 Noelle Performance tuned. The service techs were easy to talk to, had a great working knowledge of the vehicles they service, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. The work was done in the time frame they told me. If and when I need work on my Porsche 911 Turbo, I plan to take it to these guys. VERY happy customer.

I am beyond impressed with Todd and his team! I took my daughter's car to a shop without the necessary equipment to diagnose an electrical problem. I was told alternator and battery, I replaced both and had the same issue.....car not fixed.
I had the car towed to Todd. His team had the issue identified and fixed within a few hours. Todd and his team have access to the best BMW specific software and data. Honestly, without TMJ I would likely be out thousands of dollars and still not have the issue identified. It was a broken wire in a harness creating transmission malfunction messages and everything

This is the second time I have taken my 2014 535d to this shop. I am very impressed with the quality of service, attention to detail, ease of process, and professionalism at TMJ. My car is just approaching 85k, and these guys are not only addressing existing issues, they are advising me of what I need to be prepared for - in the way of additional preventative maintenance down the road. Overall, they provide a great service experience, and I expect TMJ will be performing the maintenance on my car for many years to come! I brought my 650i BMW in for a oil leak.
They found other things that needed attended to in which they prepared but the oil leak is still their after 4 times leaving my vehicle at their shop I am displeased withthe service and spend over $8,000 thousands dollars and still have a leaking problem this been going on for months
I never got a chance to really enjoy my vehicle this summer and I still have to get that leak fixed.

I’ll never bring my car anywhere else! It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto shop these days. And with owning an m5, a lot of places will try to hike prices solely for that reason. From start to finish every person I spoke with was very honest, and informative. Excellent communication, awesome service report (including pictures), and most importantly quality work! I was thinking it was going to cost me $1000’s to get my baby running smooth again, but it ended up being something very cost friendly! I’d recommend them to any European car owner any day. I've been out of town allot for work, battery died (Todd warned me to disconnect it but I didn't listen). Changed the battery out and called for them to schedule an appointment to get the battery registered. They were booked solid until next Tuesday but AGAIN, went above and beyond and squeezed me in the very next day I called.

This company did an enormous amount of work for us on our sons BMW coupe. His vehicle was in good shape but needed a lot of maintenance and preventive maintenance done. The customer service and professionalism of everyone we encountered from start to finish; made this place our forever home for our BMW service. They took pictures of the parts that needed replacing and talked us through all services that needed to be done. I was referred by my mechanic to TMJ Bimmers. Todd is straightforward, professional and direct. He took the time to show me his shop and demonstrate their loyalty to the customer. The first thing that he required was to inspection our car before moving forward. The report he provide has explicit details and pictures which we strongly loved. It was love at first visit. Todd's customer service and dedication to his job is evident and outstanding. The whole team is knowledgeable, honest, fair, and I'm not taking my BMW anywhere else. Went to TMJ for a second opinion on my Mercedes that needed engine work. Todd the owner was fantastic and friendly. He took a different approach to diagnosing what was wrong with my car. Found things totally different than a well known high end repair shop. Was in constant contact with me and explained everything in detail. Wound up saving about $2,000 from the other place. I will now refer friends and family to Todd at TMJ. If you have a BMW or Mercedes take it to TMJ Bimmers.

MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN UTTERLY MISERABLE, DAMAGING TO MY VEHICLES AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE
Took my 540 right out of Detail Shop to have some work done on the Suspension.
The Technicians DID NOT put back the Rear Strut Bump Stops Resulting in Full Damage and Leaking of 2 Brand New Rear Konis Shocks in less then 200 miles. It cost me Extra $800 To Redo the whole work with another Shop.
TMJ Respond: Did you ask us to put it back for you?
They also did Valve Cover Gasket on the same car and The technician did not check the clearance at the back of the engine and left Part of the Coil Pack Wire
