I stayed at one of there properties for about 5 months and lived with no heat and rodents and they didn’t fix the problems and pretended to fix the issues. They sent someone out twice to look at the furnace but they didn’t even check the furnace and tried to charge me and I was still without heat. I wouldn’t recommend renting out a property from them. They are slum lords. I don’t even see how the home I was staying in was up to code. And to solve the rodent issues they glued up pieces of wood to stop the rodents from chewing on the foundation of the home

We have done business with many property management companies. Key 3 never hesitated once to go above and beyond in order to fix any problems within any of their homes. Their tennants are some of the happiest people we have met. They hands down are easily one of our favorites to work with. Great service and everyone is beyond friendly over at Key 3!
