The owner of the business (Miss India) is very professional and kind. She takes pride in making sure that her customers are beyond satisfied and she always makes that her No.1 priority. I have been going to l lash out lashes for lash extensions for about 2 full years now and I love it! My lashes always look much fuller, thicker, and natural.

Janet was absolutely amazing, she was able to look at my lashes and completely transform my eyes. Gave me some great tips on maintenance too! 10/10 would go back

So I came in super happy to get my lashes done as while she did my lashes she dropped glue in my eyes a few times. I let it go and went about my business and left pretty happy with how they looked….now that we’re a month later I can really say that when my lashes started falling out my actual lashes fell out too. How I went in and where I am a month later is honestly crazy.

The lady was rushing, so she glued my bottom lashes to top lashes, then had to rip it. Lashes touching my eyeball. My eye would not stop tearing until i removed.

Angel (the owner) is very professional. Such a nice person and has a variety of services fromash extensions, facials, eye brow threading/ waxing services and so on. Very nice space.

I haven't gotten my eyebrows done since March, so needless to say they were a hot mess. I appreciated that Lash Out allowed me to come in as a walk in since most salons are requiring an appointment. Masks were worn by all technicians and clientele and the establishment was clean. The decor was also cute and inviting!

I was motivated to write this review to rave about the woman who did my eyebrows (I'm sorry I didn't ask her name)! Getting my eyebrows done used to be so uncomfortable that I would dread going. Have you ever walked out of a threading salon feeling worse than you did

India hooked me up with some beautiful lashes this evening and she was so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend her to any and everyone who wants lashes!!!

India is a perfectionist. You will leave her chair feeling brand new in the best possible way . She has good energy which is important to me because she is touching my face. The shop is cute and cozy and pretty quiet. Nice vibe and music and of course my lashes make me look like a living doll .

It pains me to write this being that this is a local, black-owned, and woman's business however I had a very draining experience with Lashed Out worth mentioning.
I called on a Sunday to make an appointment and it was confirmed for a same day visit so I get there, wait to be attended to and mention my Groupon for the service. India apologizes and says their Groupon doesn't exist anymore but I had to emphasize that I already bought it and it still existed at the time on Groupon's platform. So she alters her statement to say that Groupons are only taken on Wednesdays. Strange, but sure.

I've gone to Lashout a number of times since their grand opening for my lashes, lash refill, facials and eyebrow threading and have been extremely pleased each and every time! The lash studio is gorgeous; very relaxing ambiance, chill music and you will definitely want to fall asleep in the plush service chairs. India, Tati and Sona are very welcoming and knowledgeable and provide quality services using quality products! Lashout is a much needed addition to East Harlem. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to maintain or enhance their natural beauty.
