My disposal died and was replaced quickly. The cooling part of the air conditioning didn't work, so until they were able to replace some of the equipment, they brought a temporary portable air conditioning unit that worked really well. The bottom coil in my oven died and was replaced quickly. Other things in my apartment that have needed to be replaced have been done quickly. Just recently, the lights in the covered parking area have been replaced with brighter lights, which is fantastic. Just recently a person was doing touch up painting in the outdoor hallways.
