I’m visiting a friend and every time I come here something else bad happens to the apartments causing mold (one bad issue hasn’t been fixed over a year) and causing damages. It’s just a Disgusting place !! Save your time and go somewhere else!! Also they’re ridiculously expensive for what they are! You can find better for cheaper, Lastly the manager leah or whoever she is, is always super rude and refuses to fix or solve anyone’s issues! I would give 0 stars if I could

I love it. It depends on who you're neighbor and can get along with them. I am by all the stores I need Kroger's Kohl's McDonald's, Thornton gas station, price of apartment are (high) for the area update 10/19/21 one kitchen sink needs 2 sink in the kitchen, cheap carpet, my apartment needs some updates in it

Do not let the bad.reviews keep you from checkkng out Beech Grove Apts. I'm very happy living here. Lena the manager is great. She makes sure my apartment is well kept. I have no issues with that at all. Bruce (the old man) as he calls himself is a really good maintenance man. The other maintenance man is great also, he makes sure our maintenance complaints are taken care of. I recommend living here . My neighbors are great also. I'm giving it 5 stars. Check it out!

The office manager is very nice and helpful. The maintenance people are very nice and hard workers. This team has made sure that I am comfortable and have everything thing that I need since I've been here. They are good about maintaining the property and they make sure they acknowledge your needs and respond to them when they are notified of an issue.
