My daughter had her first visit ever to the eye doctor. Dr. Deutscher has remarkable bed side manner. She is thorough in her examine and took the time to explain everything to me. The guy who assisted my daughter in picking out her first pair of glasses was also very helpful and polite. I highly recommend.

At Bright Eyes Optometry, we offer more than just treatment for vision issues such as dry eye, keratoconus or glaucoma. We can correct one's vision with prescription lenses in the form of glasses or contacts to enhance the patient's overall sight. While one's sight can weaken with age, our treatment can help to detect and prevent the further development of these ocular issues.
By gathering information on the patient's current condition and medical history, we can customize their treatment. Correcting a patient's vision or treating various eye conditions may take more than one visit. While we can determine the prescription a patient might need so the patient can pick it up in a few days, other conditions may require follow-up visits.
People who do not enjoy the idea of having to wear glasses can always find an effective alternative with contact lenses. It is no surprise that one's vision can gradually change over time. However, people are less inclined to seek professional services unless they are experiencing drastic vision issues.
While many people are content wearing glasses, others prefer a more discreet option that does not require lenses and frames on their face. TOne possible solution is in contact lenses. Contact lens exams consist of special tests that are typically not part of a routine eye exam for prescription glasses.

I give 2 stars because Dr. Deutscher and her staff do indeed demonstrate the basics of customer service, HOWEVER if you are looking to get a thorough eye exam do not go here! Out of the 3 times I’ve come here the office is super packed every time and it seems Dr. Deutscher is the only eye doctor in there and she overbooks herself way more than she can handle. On one occasion I arrived for my appointment on time and wasn’t seen until 30+ minutes later! My eye exam appointment was EXTREMELY RUSHED I barely got to get a word out, and I’m assuming it’s because she was behind on her schedule

Showed up to my appt and despite it being busy, I was seen promptly and on time. The Dr was phenomenal and straight to the point while also being very informative. The rest of the staff was so kind, it felt like I was with family. Sami helped me choose the frames that fit my face the best and I couldn’t be more satisfied!! Definitely great service from beginning to end! The receptionist was kind and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Deutcher is absolutely the best. She is caring, informative (takes her time to explain anything thoroughly and in terms even I can understand), thorough and compassionate. She goes above and beyond.for her patients, both kids and adults. Love everything about going there, everyone is lovely and helpful.

I have been a patient for a little over a year, and someone like me who suffers from Keracotonus ;I would entrust the care of Dr. Deutch to anyone. She was very nice to me, and I can tell she really does care about her patients. I never had a negative experience as a patient, and the staff there were awesome. After about 10 years of going to this practice I should of realized it was time to move on when a few months ago I was given a RX for my progressives 2x stronger than what I needed and when I went back the eye dr thought it was funny! The whole process from booking an appointment to the appointment itself was seamless. I have anxiety when it comes to seeing doctors of any kind but Dr. Deutscher was very kind and made the experience very comfortable. I was in and out of there in no time. I have been seeing Dr.Deutscher since the day she opened her practice and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such an intelligent, compassionate, and understanding doctor to help me with my issues. I was facing multiple issues with my eyes and chronic migraines at the time. I have been to several of the eye institutes in Manhattan which are considered The best but traveling back-and-forth to Manhattan from Larchmont was a pain in the neck for me so I was referred to Dr.Deutscher. It was such a quick & easy process of making an appointment over the phone a few days prior to my first visit. Today, I took my vision test & proceeded to select my glasses from the wonderful array of choices. I was surprised at how many different styles of frames & colors they have. Every employee that I interacted with were kind & laid back, from the front desk receptionist, to the eye doctor, to the gentleman who helped me select/size my glasses. I have a 15 y.o. son whom has Autism, Anxiety, and ADHD. He needed an eye exam because, I noticed how close he was looking at the computer screen, for virtual learning.

I gave 3 stars for the eye exam only. First off, the hours of operarion stated on the phone and the actual hours are totally different. I called to give Stephen my cc info to buy a $200 Pair of glasses.i was told that he was busy and would call me back. Never did. Called next day and was rold he was busy and she would be sure to have him call me back. He never did. I guess their doing so well during covid that they don't care if customers go to CVS to buy their glasses.

I've been going to this eye glass boutique for years now and am always impressed. Dr. D is kind, patient, and has incredible bedside manner. She listens to you and as I've gotten to know her asks about your life. At my most recent appointment I mentioned to Dr. D that my dailies were getting quite dry. So she's allowed me to try four different brands to figure out what works best for me. This is special and can't be found at every establishment. I love the look of the boutique and the Doctor has made some lovely improvements over the years. I also appreciate that Dr.

I loved this place so much i was an hour late (i woke up late) and they saw me with no issues and they have a parking garage which is great i didnt have to wait at all i saw the dr right away she was so nice then when i was picking out my frames the gentlemen who was helping me choose my frames was super helpful explaining exactly what my insurance covered & what it didnt he made the process easy peasy overall i rate this place 10/10 i drove from the bronx to new rochelle for this place and im so glad i did and will continue going here as long as i am in ny.

I've needed glasses for over 20 years now and I've been to about a dozen optometrists because of my constant moving, throughout the suburbs and the city. So I think it's a big deal when I say that this is probably the best optometry office I've ever been to. Dr. Deutscher is polite and friendly, answers all your questions eagerly and is very informative. Her staff genuinely seem to like their jobs. Before my appointment a glasses vendor stopped by and the doctor and all her staff grouped together to share opinions on the different styles - the doctor was happy to ask the staff

Customer service seems not to be a priority here. Very rude receptionist, I was billed for extra services and unaware until the bill was sent to me via email a month later. Why email? Trying to dispute my services was such a hassle. I came in to verify a prescription in my second lense, and left with the understanding that I would not have to worry. The receptionist actually laughed at me in such a sassy tone when I called to inquiry why the bill. She huffed and kept putting me on hold. I went in today because I've had pain and swelling in my eyelid. Fearful that it might be something like pink eye, I wanted to be seen right away. I am so glad that I went in. Think it's great they are open Saturday when so many others were not. The doctor was amazing - absolutely helpful, put me at ease and then prescribed what I need to start healing.
Since I just started my treatment today, this is why I only did 4 stars, but if this treatment solves it, then it'd be 5 stars. Helpful staff, cute/clean place, nice location!

They've won my business when on a Saturday afternoon I called and said I had broken my glasses. I showed up after and showed the receptionist my glasses and her first response was "We can fix that." A welcome relief after not having any knowledge of where to go. They fixed it right up, replaced my nose pads, and cleaned the lenses as well, all with no charge.
I'm already going to be calling and scheduling an appointment and will update this review then for sure.

Flawless experience having sunglasses made up. Frank the optician combines the essential ingredients of technical acumen and incredible style. I went to this doctor to get a check up because I was experiencing some pain in my eyes but SOMEHOW when I left I paid over $700 for glasses. I'm not a person who is easily susceptible to marketing tactics but I don't play when it comes to my eyes because I have pretty bad eyesight.

I went in to Bright Eyes for my son (new patient) to have his yearly eye exam. The office staff are kind and helpful. The atmosphere is modern and comfortable. The selection of glasses are updated even for medicaid pts. The doctor did a thorough eye exam on my son, and I became a patient right then and there. This is the place to go. Convenient parking, and the location is calming and family oriented, just by Five Islands New Rochelle.

Now here is where everything went downhill.... They charge roughly 20 percent more for their items in the brick and mortar store vs their online store...makes no sense. First off, a year supply of these particular lenses cost $240 EVERYWHERE....including higher end shops in Greenwich, CT. These guys were trying to charge 260 online... ehhh, not a huge deal.
