I loved living at Rainbow Ridge! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and I really appreciated all of Misty's help! It's a great location for KUMC students and employees, especially if you enjoy walking to class/work or walking to nearby restaurants and stores. The gate and video access on the gate was a nice safety feature and helped me feel comfortable and safe here. The apartment was spacious and good quality, overall it's been a great experience here!

I needed emergency maintenance due to being locked out of my apartment because of a broken door knob. Michael Bishop showed up fast and fixed the door knob in a timely manner. He had great customer service and very knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve lived here since August and I love it! Management (Misty) is so nice and takes care of any problems you have. I’ve made one maintenance request and he was in & out quickly the next day. It’s affordable and I always feel safe. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone moving around the area!

The current management at Rainbow Ridge is extremely responsive to any concerns or issues brought forth by residents. S/O to the Rainbow Ridge manager, Misty, for genuinely listening and caring about the people that live at Rainbow Ridge. When I very frustratedly sent Misty an email that the lamp posts near my apartment's side of the complex were not working, Misty replied within an hour (outside of normal business hours, too!). She provided me with a temporary solution for the lamp posts and kept me updated until the lamp posts were all completely fixed on my side of the apartment. Also, she went
