Bayou Village is a quiet and cozy apartment complex. Everytime I have company, I am asked the same question:
Guest: "Is it always this quiet?" 🤔
Me: "Yes"😎
I as a professional that works from home👩🏿💻, this is very important as I am virtually in meetings and engaging with customers daily.
In addition, the onsite laundry mat is convenient, fairly priced and works well. I have no complaints about maintenance nor leasing office service either.

It's very nice, quiet and loaded with extras including a very nice welcoming basket when you move in. The AC'S all appear to be brand new and work wonderfully. Even come with a programmable thermostat which is a first that
I've seen in an apartment, I used to install my own and then have to take it out when I left no need for that anymore. I think all of the apartments have been recently remodeled and it shows. The living rooms are huge and newly carpeted. I haven't had a chance to walk around the property yet but I'm expecting great things so far. I think this is my best apartment I've ever gotten
