Providence Coal Fired Pizza is Rhode Island's original coal fired pizza restaurant, offering handcrafted, gourmet pizzas, along with other coal-inspired traditional menu items. We are open Mondays, Thursdays (which is Trivia Night!) & Fridays from 3-9pm (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays); Saturdays Noon to 9pm and Sundays from Noon to 8pm.
Whether you are planning a family party or corporate event, allow us to assist you in making every detail of your event perfect. Our private room, dining rooms and patio can accommodate small to large groups (restaurant buyouts available). We also offer catered pick-ups or drop-offs. We'll work directly with you to customize your event to meet your individual needs and budget.

Wow! I can't believe I haven't gone here sooner!!! It's a little pricey, but everything is high quality and perfectly cooked - from the black fig pizza to the creamy goat cheese in the roasted beet salad. Even the butterscotch pudding was fantastic. It tasted like they made it there. The texture was thicker and had more meat to it. I would go there just for the pudding! Very clean. The bathrooms are like on an airplane. No male/female. We visited the North Kingstown location last night. Staff was friendly and following guidelines. We ordered a few drinks and a margarita pizza. The pizza crust was great, crispy and just the way I like it. It was "artisan" style I guess because it was an inconsistent shape. The cheese that was used was a standard style cheese, not what I expected on a margarita, would have preferred chunks or slices of mozzarella. The taste was fine but the cheese choice made it extremely greasy. The mariana used also felt like regular sauce, just a lot of it. I would love to give a better review the taste was

I went here for my first time and it was so good!!!! My waitress was super friendly and understanding of my ten year old 😊 our first pizza was slightly overdone so she got another made for free and we didn't even ask, we loved the first one just as much as the second!! Great size pizza great flavor lots of choices!!! Beautiful layout and decor and very clean!! Pricing is appropriate in my opinion you even get to watch your pizza made!!! I would highly recommend coming here!! I can't wait to go back!!! The bbq pulled pork pizza was amazing 💙
