Each set is customized to our client's natural eye shape. The set chosen during the consultation depends on how many natural eyelashes the customers have. You then have the option to upgrade for a fuller set depending on your desired look. You have choice to choose among MINK / SILK / REAL MINK /FLAT lashes and the curve of the lashes (J, C, or CC).

Very kind staff, great atmosphere - but I've definitely had a better lash lift before. It looked uneven afterwards and there were points in time that my eyes felt itchy/very uncomfortable during application. I also had some peeling around my right eye that I noticed when I got home and wasn't sure if that was skin or product?? I'd probably pay extra to get it done somewhere else.

My first time getting lash extensions and I loved the level of care and detail they put into my experience! Pinky is the best! My eyes are uneven so she also suggested I do a c and a cc curl to really make them even out. Look at the results yourself - the naturalness is really what I was seeking. 10/10 and will definitely be coming back!

The lash lift quality was not what I expected. I've done at other places they were much better. When I came home and checked the lashes, the parts close to eyes are not lifted at all, and the edges are already fallen off. I reached out to the store and they told me to come back for redo but I'm very comfortable letting them redo my eyelashes so gave up $100. At last, they said "Thank you for choosing us" which makes me feel like they are not serious at all.

In a rush and without asking, the lash tech took it upon herself to decide what curl i wanted without asking. i ended up paying for a look i didn't even want. now, the real reason im writing this review is because a week later, when i went to have the lashes removed and got home, i realized several lash extensions were still on and they were just trimmed with scissors…. trimmed with scissors. really?

Loved my experience with this eyelash shop!! Came across some great reviews about this place and I'm so glad that I gave this place a shot! Lucy did my classic natural mink lashes and they came out amazing! And the best part of all, none of my lashes came out the next day or have been irritating my eyes. This spot is welcoming, clean and efficient! I will definitely be back!

First time customers get 50 percent off, what better way to try a place out. the lady sat down w me as i walked in to talk about what style i preferred. i wasn't to sure about each choice and she explained them and was very patient. the process is about 30 mins but in the end it is definitely worth it. i will be returning. it burns a little but i believe that's part of the process.

I tried out this place for the first time. Overall, the pricing point is slightly higher than other lashes place. I got the 2D lash for $70. First time customer gets the 50% discount. The lash is very smooth. Lucy, the lady that did my eye lashes was very attentive. Overall, she did a great job. Definitely recommended this place if you are looking for eye lashes place. The refill is a bit higher price. For 3 weeks refill, you are looking at $100. If you pay cash, they give you discount. If you bring referral, there will be another discount.

This was my 4th and least favorite experience with eyelash extensions and my very first time visiting Miss Lash. I opted for the classic set as I am used to getting 80 lashes per eye when I go to my regular spot. I couldn't help but notice when It was done that my lashes looked as if they had maybe 60 lashes per eye rather than 80

They were so helpful when it came to deciding what type of lashes would look best on me, but still taking into consideration of what I wanted.
The lady who did my lashes was named Lucy, and it was totally painless! So happy I came here.
The place is very clean, quite with ambient music and they offer you something to drink.

Came in as a new client so it was $60 for 80 pieces. They have CC curls which are the curliest options. I wanted something dramatic and chose the 14th length but sue warned that it is very long for asian eyes. After the session was completed(~an hour), the lashes looked thin and not full to me. Sue saw that i wasn't fully happy and she explained that there are 3 thickness types of the lashes and she used the most thin on my lashes because i do have thin lashes. I asked if i could have the 2nd more thick lash, just to fill in the gaps and she was more than happy to fix my lashes to my liking

It was my first time getting lashes and I wasn't sure what to expect. I love them so much! Sue was great and helpful when picking the type of lashes, and she was very soothing and gentle during the application. At first, I thought they were too dramatic but just as she predicted, it was just me getting used to them. I love them now and can't imagine myself without them. I went from applying eyeliner, curling my lashes and applying mascara to going out confidently without one bit of eye makeup.

The owner is named Sue. She is so nice and polite. She's also extremely talented. Very fast and efficient. She's also very gentle and you'll end up falling asleep while getting your lash extensions applied. She has coffee, tea, water, ginger ale and sodas available to drink.
Your lashes will last intact about 2 to 3 weeks. Sue is very good. I definitely recommend

Miss Lash has a really serene and relaxing atmosphere despite being located in one of the busiest locations in NYC. When you walk in, you get a sense of peacefulness to calm down and forget about the noisy and crowded streets.
The owner was really polite and friendly to help my mom pick out the right lashes. She was super fast and efficient. My mom was so comfortable that she even fell asleep while the owner was working on her.
Now it's been over 2 weeks and all her lashes are still in tact! I am so impressed by her work. I definitely recommend coming here.
