I went to Ballston Dental Care for the first time this afternoon. I was blown away by their service. I haven't been to the dentist for over 10 years, so I was a bit nervous. But they put all my nerves to ease. The process to make an appointment was seamless. Valerie, the hygienist, was so personable and made you feel like you were talking to an old friend. And Dr. Matney was great and professional. Highly recommend!

My old dentist retired and this practice accepted my insurance. I needed a cleaning and was having pain in one tooth. Nicole answers the phone and is a sweetie. Jennifer is the hygienist and was detailed and knowledgeable and quick. I hadn't been to dentist in over 2 years so she had her work cut out. I left feeling much better and thankful that I came here. This location isn't close or convenient, but their service and professionalism is worth the ride. I've found a new home!

My previous dentist was my father, so this practice had a lot to live up to! I’ve been very happy with the office. They have accommodated scheduling challenges to help me be seen every 6 months despite a hectic schedule. They’ve also proactively addressed issues with a problem area in my mouth without trying to sell me on unnecessary work.
