Due to the pandemic, we are no longer operating at this location. However, we have relocated all of your favorite technicians to our Herald Square location. You may call the same number to reach us. I purchased a Groupon for diamond lashes. I couldn't make it to my appointment due to my dog passing away. I asked to reschedule and was informed that they would be unable to reschedule my appointment since my appointment was that day and they will be redeeming my voucher. I explained that it was an very unexpected situation. I had to get home to my grieving son who came home from school to find his lifelong best friend (our dog) had passed away. I was genuinely disappointed by the lack of compassion. $109 down the drain.

This is my third time coming to JJ Eyelashes! Each experience I’ve had here was exceptional. I’ve brought at few of my friends and family to this location. They’re really helpful when picking what kind of lashes you want. They even give you a complimentary foot massage!! Which is heavenly. Service here is impeccable. I recommend anyone who wants to get their lashes done to come here!

A number of friends recommended this salon to me for eyelash extensions. I am so glad they did! The salon is clean the people are polite and they have packages for the different kinds of eyelash services. The prices are comparable to other places but I like the friendly and caring vibe they have here. Every technician is very skilled and I have never had one I questioned or disliked. Will definitely keep returning.

I was really anxious to get my first pair of eyelash extensions but the ladies here were so welcoming and reassuring. They help you pick out the perfect length/curl/thickness for your face and eye shape. My technician was Angelica and she was beyond gentle and accommodating. My lashes look natural! Hoping they last a few week but have no doubts that I will be returning to see Angelica for a refill.
