Lenwood Apartments are known for solidly constructed, large apartments in convenient locations. Whether you're right downtown or in a quiet residential area, you'll be within walking distance of both campus and shopping. College Park Apartments offers an ideal downtown location at the intersection of College Avenue and Atherton Street (near Kinko's), less than one block from Penn State's IST Building and other West Campus facilities. Jump on CATA's Blue Loop for free bus service around campus and downtown. Our one-bedroom apartments are among the largest in downtown State College.
Allen Park is within walking distance of campus and downtown, yet its location in a residential neighborhood lets you get away from it all. Our site at the intersection of South Allen Street and Westerly Parkway is just one block from CATA's P and R bus routes and a short walk to both Westerly Parkway and Hamilton Plaza shopping centers, including restaurants, supermarket, and pharmacy.
At the corner of South Pugh Street and Bradley Avenue sits Towneview Apartments - a stately complex comprising 3 classic, red-brick buildings and featuring units of every size, layout, and level.
Located 1 mile from downtown State College and the Pattee Mall entrance to The Pennsylvania State University, this location is ideal for many types of renters, including students and professionals looking for a quiet environment outside of State College's busy thoroughfares, but close enough to walk to the best town has to offer, including restaurants, entertainment, shopping, parks, and more.

The only exception is our Mt. Nittany building, where tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (general electric, air conditioning, and hot water). College Park is just half a block from campus and the free campus bus loop at the corner of West College Avenue and South Atherton Street (across from Kinko's).
