The view is beautiful! I love living here! They always have giveaways that are fun to participate and not to mention, the entire complex is beautiful. I could not be happier with my living situation at the view. Basketball courts, swimming pool, beach volleyball, a weight room, so many ways to stay active!

The View is a fantastic place to live. It is very quiet which is great for studying, and the staff is extremely helpful and there whenever something goes wrong. I feel like it is high-class living at the view compared to other apartments in state college. I love it here! It is a really safe and homey environment. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Lived here for 4 years and hated every minute of it! I only stayed for convenience to campus and ONLY that. The walls are paper thin so you'll hear everything. The furniture is the cheapest they can afford and will definitely breakdown on you and expect to be charged for it too! The kitchen is atrociously too small for sharing and poorly lit. The living space is just wasted space. The bathrooms don't ever have enough hot water. It is loud and full of undergrads and you'll be able to hear all the goings on in the parking lot from your room.

I recently toured The View property and had the most wonderful and helpful guide. Alexis C. was so friendly, professional, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Her follow-up and communication has been great and I’m very thankful to have had all of her help. I loved the property and am very excited to secure the perfect apartment for next year!
