My daughter stayed here in her senior year. While it is not the fanciest of the buildings - The Legacy was clean, well run and responsive. In particular Woody was the best! He is like having another Dad in the building who can take care of anything. He was great and helpful when we moved my daughter in and even better when we moved her out. He is very responsive, helpful, and respectful. I knew that if she had a problem - Woody was the guy !

This management is a step up from ARPM but still very disorganized. Since Landmark took over I have had to deal with too many accounting errors on their end. Also they don’t pick up the phone during normal office hours (95% of the time) and you have to chase them down - it’s been almost a year and they still have not set up a voicemail. Not to mention they don’t clean the place regularly (puke in the stairwell for 8 days one time!). Nice facilities - poor management.
