We love living at Hawthorn. We have lived here for less than a year, but we’ve enjoyed it fully! The grounds are very clean and always feel safe and peaceful. It is a dog friendly complex which is great! My dog loves walking around and enjoying the dog park. Elizabeth in the leasing office is super helpful when we’ve needed it. Some other faves are the pool and hot tub!

We moved to Hawthorn Village in 2003, and have never looked back. I can't imagine living anywhere else! The apartments are nicely laid out and well appointed; the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the office staff is friendly and helpful, simply the best, and the maintenance men are pros. I can give my older pup a good walk and never leave our complex, which is a plus, All in all, this is home and that makes me happy!

We have lived here for almost 2 years and do not have a single bad thing to say. The grounds are extremely clean, wonderful landscaping, safe and quiet, no issues with mail/packages, maintenance and management are great. Rarely need maintenance because the units are in such good shape, but when there is a need, it is fixed so quickly and with great customer service. Had an issue with a washing machine a while back, they had a brand new one ordered and installed within days. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

My husband and I recently moved from one apartment to another at Hawthorne Village and consistent with with all of our experience and business with the staff has been stellar. Rachael, Maira, Joe, Robert and others have always been very pleasant, efficient and professional. We're going on six years here and have always been very happy to be here.

So I've lived here for 14 years I love this place. The girls in the office are wonderful very friendly like part of the family. Joe in maintenance is wonderful always there when you need anything , the guys are all great if something needs fixing. One of the many things I love is how safe I feel living here. The grounds ,pool area all of it… always looks wonderful. Than we have our little duck family everyone year that comes to the pond that faces Solano Ave and have there babies at least 8--10 each year we go over and sit on the bench with our duck food and get to feed them. I have enjoyed the staff here very much. The facilities are beautiful and clean. Joe is the best and fixes my issues in the apartment soon after the work order. He is even sweet to my cats and very friendly. Just be careful putting food down the garbage disposals. They are not the strongest but it is an apartment and it’s a cheaper one. But at least they have them.

We were only there for about a year, loved the friendly staff. Whenever there’s an issue they’d solve it within a day. The amenities were always kept pristine. We’ve lived in many apartment complexes, moved from coast to coast. I would say hawthorn definitely worth the price. If we didn’t buy a house, we would stay there even longer
