These people don't care about your needs, reported 2 issues I'm having inside my apartment, turns out that lady did not report it to maintenance now we're at the end of yet another week with no dryer and a leaking kitchen sink, we should be able to swim in this apartment soon. FYI THEY DONT CARE. (Spending more time reading reviews trying to be smart than fixing issues in a timely manner )

I love the response of the team! I had an issue and had to call the office I spoke with Briana and she was super polite and called on the rest of the team in the office to help sort out the issue. I’m very pleased with the fast response and I would love to thank Briana, Kayla and Tiffany keep up the great work ladies!

Had a leak going on from the water heater/A/C closet that was coming up thru the floor boards in the dining room. Super fast response from Mike on the emergency line. Got here within 30 minutes, cleaned up water and left dehumidifiers and is going to check back in for the next several days. Super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Was Covid-safe with his mask. Great customer service! Thanks Mike and see you tomorrow!

We lived here 10 years ago, and the place had an AMAZING STAFF, from top to bottom! The maintenance was done quickly, the grounds were kept beautiful. Pure enjoyment EVERY DAY. We had to move away, but are now looking to come back to PCB. After reading all of these reviews, my mind is made up (SADLY) that we wouldn't move back here if it was HALF THE RENT, that it is. I'm glad I "did my homework!"

AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS. I moved here for training on the Navy base due to convenience but have regretted it the entire time. The rent is high for the area and especially for the condition and there are better, cheaper, and equally convenient options are available at Vantage and Edgewater crossing.
The units are run down and poorly maintained and the complex had done a good job of creating a nice appearance from the outside to hide this. When I first moved in there was mold in the apartment and it was infested with cockroaches which should have been a warning sign but I gave it the benefit

I have lived here for almost a year and I have loved it. The staff is very friendly as well as the maintence people. The grounds are kept clean for the most part and my apartment has had no major problems. My only complaints are that the gate has never worked and the doggy bag dispensers sometimes go weeks or months without being refilled with more bags.
The apartments are really nice inside and I love the layouts of them. Definitely the best apartment complex I have lived in.
